Customer reviews for Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded Stick Vacuum with FurFinder Headlights forLightweight vacuum that really performs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum came almost ready to use right out of the box! I was really impressed at the suction this vacuum has. The headlights is very bright, allowing you to easily see even the slightest crumb on the floor. Vacuums well on hard surfaces, as well as, carpet. The low profile of the vacuum allows me to get under tables that my old vacuum couldn’t. The wand releases easily to allow it to be used as a hand vac, which is perfect for stairs, upholstery, and even car interiors. I love the 30’ cord that this vacuum has. I can vacuum our large family room without having to unplug and plug into another socket. Comes with an accessory bag to keep all the attachments. Perfect vacuum that does it all and if you are a pet parent you will appreciate the amount of fur that this vacuum picks up.
Nice corded vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This corded stick vacuum has been a lifesaver for everyday messes. Between the kids leaving crumbs everywhere and the constant shedding from our dog and the cat, I needed something quick and effective. It handles all that hair and debris without a problem. The attached floor light is a surprisingly great feature. The best part, honestly, is how powerful the suction is for how lightweight it feels. Alos, the self-standing design is super convenient for when I need to pause and move something out of the way. Highly recommend it!
Corded Vacuum of my Dreams
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed by this corded FurFinder vacuum! Out of the box it was assembled within minutes and ready to go. The instructions are easy to understand and follow. I use it on rugs, hard flooring, carpets and upholstery and was shocked to see how much dust and dog fur it picked up on the first pass. We previously regularly cleaned with another top-of-the-line cordless vacuum, but clearly it was leaving so much behind. The cord is a great length for our large, open-floor-plan home (4000sq ft), and still feels lightweight, like a cordless vacuum would. I love that I can vacuum my entire house with high-suction, where cordless options run out of battery long before I am done. I was surprised by how sturdy the vacuum is in the self-standing position, even with the added weight of a cord. The dust compartment is easy to empty and replace, and nothing gets caught in the removable roller. A few other things that work great for me— the bright headlights help when vacuuming under furniture and across patterned tile, to make sure I don’t miss anything. The accessories work great for couches, side chairs and narrow crevices. It is the quietest vacuum I’ve owned, which is great for doing chores while kiddos are sleeping! My picture shows what I gathered in the first pass over a 9x12 rug that is regularly vacuumed. As a family with allergies to dust and dander, we really love this vacuum.
Great for Pet Hair and Busy Family Life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder handled everyday messes really well, especially with pets and kids in the house. It picked up pet hair, crumbs, and even larger debris without much effort, and I didn’t have to keep going over the same areas. It also transitioned smoothly between hard floors and carpet, which made it really practical for moving from room to room without stopping to adjust anything. The self-standing design was really convenient and one of my favorite features. I could pause in the middle of cleaning to deal with kids or something else without having to lean it against anything or worry about it falling over. The built-in headlights were just okay to me. It was simply a light, and I didn’t notice any real difference when it came to finding hidden pet hair or debris. What I liked most about this vacuum is how easy and reliable it is for everyday use. With pets and kids, I need something that works quickly and doesn’t add extra steps, and this vacuum delivered on that. It handled different surfaces well and made daily cleaning feel a lot more manageable.
Great if you are on a budget
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this vacuum on both hardwoods and carpet in a house with 4 cats and a baby doing tummy time in the midst of all the cat hair. While it doesn’t have as much suction power as a Dyson, it also isn’t going to break the bank like one. I enjoyed that the cord is super long and it had a good management system so it wasn’t in my way when using. I plugged it in downstairs and was able to vacuum all the way upstairs and the hallway upstairs without needing to move where I was plugged in at. Being able to have it stand upright when I walked away in a hurry was also a big plus. The lights were helpful as I have both black and white cats and sometimes the hair of one cat doesn’t show up well depending on the type of flooring. It came with 3 different attachements to be used, but I personally only found the tight space one useful. I don’t think this vacuum would be good at cleaning a cat tree, but it’ll get the job done well on your floors without breaking your back or your bank.
Powerful and Versatile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home really asks a lot from a vacuum; we have toddlers, a cat, a dog, and multiple types of flooring including hardwood, plush carpet, thin washable rugs, and tile. Every vacuum we’ve had until this one has fallen short because of the aforementioned. Before I had used the FurFinder for the first time, I had already swept my floors in the morning and vacuumed with our old extremely loud vacuum in the afternoon; when I received the FurFinder, I was too excited to not use it so I intuitively put it together out of the box in 2 minutes (I’m not one for instructions). The amount of dust and crumbs and hair that was illuminated by the bright headlights light was startling, but then when I saw how full the canister was after I finished I was actually shocked and a little disgusted by how much crud my old vacuum had been leaving behind without me even knowing it. Yikes. The suction is great, it picks up fine hair and dust really well, but it also picks up bigger crumbs and snacks like cheerios. I also really love all the attachment options, especially the upholstery attachment because it picks up every dog and cat hair on the couch, which also was shocking to see in the canister! On that note, the canister is kind of small, but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing - you just have to empty it after each vacuum which is what one should probably be doing anyway. I had some initial hesitation on the corded aspect, but I haven’t had to unplug and plug it into a new outlet to finish a vacuum. The cord length is very generous! A feature that I really love is how quiet it is. I can vacuum during naptime without waking up the little ones, which I could not do with either of my old vacuums. It’s quiet, but still very powerful and versatile! It performs well in literally every single situation I have used it for: every type of flooring in my house, toddler messes, pet messes, baking messes, furniture refreshes. I intend to use the attachments to clean my car this weekend and I don’t anticipate any problems! It’s portable and fairly lightweight, though a bit top-heavy, which makes me uneasy about fully trusting the self-standing function. I could see a toddler running by and brushing it and it falling over, so I keep it in a corner for support. Still, it is not a dealbreaker at all given what an otherwise awesome vacuum it is! The silicone spin brush is awesome and will be so easy to clean as needed, which is so much nicer than trying to wash brush bristles that are tangled with gross hairs and dust. The silicone prettu much squeegees all that stuff up and into the canister it goes. Such an easy vacuum to just pull out to quickly clean up messes as needed or for a full vacuum and I always feel like my home is getting so much cleaner using this vacuum than it ever was before!
Great Performance but Handle Needs Improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a solid vacuum that performs really well for everyday use. It handles pet hair, crumbs, and general debris without any issues, and the suction is strong enough that I don’t feel like I have to go over the same spot multiple times. One feature I didn’t expect to care about as much as I do is the self-standing design. It’s actually very convenient when you need to pause mid-clean without leaning it against something. The cord length is also great. I can cover my entire one-bedroom apartment without constantly switching outlets, which makes a big difference. The built-in headlights are surprisingly useful. They really highlight dust, hair, and debris on the floor, especially in lower light areas, so you can clearly see what needs attention. The only downside, and it’s a noticeable one, is the handle. There’s a seam where it looks like the handle was welded together, and that line digs into my fingers while vacuuming. It got uncomfortable enough that I had to wrap tape around it just to keep using it comfortably. Aside from that issue, it’s a strong vacuum and does its job very well. I’d recommend it, but the handle design could definitely be improved.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the BISSELL PowerClean® FurFinder™ Corded Stick Vacuum! We’re glad to hear the suction, headlights, cord length, and self‑standing design are making everyday cleaning easier. We appreciate you calling out the handle seam discomfort; we’ve shared this feedback with our product team for future improvements. I never knew I could love a vacuum so much
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this vacuum. I have a cat, two children, and a lot of wool rugs. I am constantly vacuuming up after them all and my previous, cordless vacuum was always running out of power before I finished cleaning up. I love that this vacuum is corded and I don’t need to worry about losing a charge, and that it is very powerful. Every time I vacuum, the tank is full of fur, wool, and so many crumbs. I also love that it stands on its own, which is so much better than needing to safely prop up my previous vacuum against something while trying to clean. I didn’t realize how annoying having to do that was, until I didn’t need to with this vacuum. The headlights are very powerful and help so much with showing me areas that I may have previously missed. I also love how it doesn’t come with too many attachments to worry about storing/losing. There are just enough, for exactly the purposes I need them - I especially love the crevice finder. I’ve used this on all types of floors and it works great on every type. I never knew I could be so excited about a vacuum, but this one is near perfect. My favorite aspect is the fact that it is corded and still slim, not taking up too much space.
Surprised and impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always intentionally avoided stick vacuums. I figured they’d be decent for hard floors, but not powerful enough for carpet. My house has a mix of hardwood and high pile carpet— and has 4 furry residents, so I needed a vacuum that was top notch. Bissell has absolutely changed my perspective on stick vacuums. On the hard floors, it does indeed do amazingly. And the lights! I’ve always thought lights on a vacuum were unnecessary, but now I’m a convert. The lights make every crumb and speck of dirt super easy to see, so you don’t miss anything! When I lift the stick off the roller to get into tight spaces, I find myself wishing I still had a light on the end of it! And speaking of lifting it off the roller— the lever to disconnect the roller sticks out from the vacuum, so you can press it down with your foot and lift it off without even bending over! It’s so quick and easy. The suction is so great that it DOES get the job done just fine on our carpets too. My previous doubt quickly dissipated once I gave it a try. My stairs are carpeted, and I typically procrastinate vacuuming them for an unspeakable amount of time because it’s such a hassle. My previous vacuum was too big to sit on a stair securely while I used the hose, so I’d have to juggle holding the vacuum in place while also actually vacuuming with the hose, and it always felt like either it or I was one erroneous shift in weight away from tumbling down. With this vacuum, it’s so quick and easy that I did it TWICE in one day! The cord length is great, and I actually feel like it’s fairly quiet, as far as vacuums go. The one shortcoming of this vacuum, especially with it being a “FurFinder,” is the capacity of the dust cup. It is very quick and easy to empty, but you will have to empty it considerably more often than your typical non-stick vacuum.
Great Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 kids, aged 4 and 2 and a small dog who sheds, so I've had plenty of opportunity to use the Bissell PowerClean FurFinder Corded. It's small size, attachments and maneuverability are perfect for cleaning up around the table after meals. The bright light is great for spotting crumbs and fur. The upholstery tool has finally allowed me to get the dog fur off the couch. And the extension wand and dusting brush are perfect for cleaning the dust off the fan in the bathroom ceiling. I was a little worried it would be too too heavy but the self standing design lives up to its name, and its size makes it easy to store. I think my favorite thing about the vacuum is it's versatility. It's great having one vacuum that can be used as a handheld or stand-up. I do think I would have like this vacuum as a cordless better.
