[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so cool. It forms the perfect ice (like chic-fil-a ice), and it makes it quickly. It seems very well made, but it's heavy, so be aware. Perfect ice maker for any occasion.

It is very hard to understand the light pattern and what it means. The blue light is on, but the water level is up to the mark. Lack of clear instructions is the main problem. However, ice quality is the best.

I love love love it! It's like restaurant style ice whenever I want it.

Recently purchased the profile nugget Ice machine! Our family loves it! Best purchase ever!

When it worked, it was fantastic, stuck in cleaning mode after 4 months of use.

I have used my an w Nov 1014 it now makes an annoying noise. Take all day to fill up with ice. Not impressed!
