The ice is great BUT the maintenance sucks. This thing constantly has a dark gross film that comes back a couple of days after cleaning it. I've left vinegar in it for DAYS and still can't get it clean. If you have a filter, you're probably fine, but for regular water and especially hard water be prepared to constantly be cleaning this thing.

Poor product, after about 2 hours of making ice it started to making a harrowing sound.

It keeps saying to add water when it’s full of water including the side tank

Terrible product. First time using and its squealed the whole time and barely produced any ice after two hours. Don’t waste your time or money.

Sad to say, but just like every other modern appliance. Ice makers last about a year. Just put it in your budget. At most you'll get two years.
