I have been so excited to use my steamer, finally after 2 weeks after receiving for a bday gift, I got my chance. I’m honestly not at all impressed. Took me forever to steam a short spaghetti strap dress. The wrinkles looked like they were never even steamed…not sure I’ll be keeping this!

I opened this and it went together so easily. The water tank holds a lot of water. It heats up in under a minute!! The quality of clothes comes out so much better with this. Honestly better than any iron or hand held steamer. This is definitely worth the money!!

I’m happy with this new steamer, the steaming part works really well. I was disappointed to find that it does not have a traditional on off switch. In order to turn it fully off you have to unplug it. It’s a bit more than I wanted to deal with, but I’m keeping it anyway. If you accidentally leave it plugged in it does have an automatic shut off when it runs out of steam.

I have not used this machine, but so far it looks good. I love the style of it, it’s replacing another steamer that ran out of steam after several years of good use. I love the size of the tank, this means I can see more with less fill up. I hope it’s as good as it looks.

The steamer is as described, large reservoir tank. The steam supply lasts according to manufacturer specs. Incan also use the stainless hand held end as an iron.The wheels make it mobile…but it needs modifying to be able to pull it without having to bend over in 1/2 awkwardly.

I have worked with various steamers over the years and am in love with this model. I love the setup, ability to hang coats/pants from the steamer for easy and thorough steaming. Doesn't spit or sputter, so easy and quick to use on a daily basis. Highly recommend!

We were pleased with the old one. It lasted many years but died because of lack of maintenance, you know, like cars and woman, just put gasoline and go, with this is just pour water and steam. I will buy distilled water for this one even if I have filtration and softener for the whole house, its got to be Florida…

I absolutely love this steamer so much, I literally use it every single day that it has slowly started to break on me. It’s still running perfectly fine, but because my entire family uses it everyday it’s a bit work on after having it for 3 years. I 100% recommend you get this steamer, it does a great job removing wrinkles and it isn’t a hassle to move around!

I have never used a garment steamer before.But after watching some videos of how ironing ruins, very delicate shirts, I decided to give it a try. My first time steaming some clothes, it was awesome. It's easy to use, and it's compact. Can fit anywhere

I just got this steamer, so I cannot speak to the longevity of it, but I can say that it was very easy to assemble and set up. The operation is easy and it seems to have done a very good job. The directions were nice and clear so now hopefully it will last as long as my last steamer did!
