It's ok, I think it would have been worth it to upgrade to the “other” brand model. It was double the price of this one, but was substantially better. This one will do.

This review is only for the product construction and design. I have not actually used it yet. Very easy set up. Nice looking, low profile and seems to be constructed well. Looks like “standard grade” plastic used to construct body and parts. The hanger is rather small on the ends and probably won’t shape larger shoulders/sleeves.I also question the durability of the hanger. Can it handle heavy garments? It has no cord storage. There is nothing to lock the water tank into place so the cord (wrapped up) inserted into the tank handle pulls the tank out. The steam head will not seat in its holder with the pants clip attached. I love the big on/off foot pedal. The water tank has great capacity. The steam hose is very thick and durable but very stiff. I hope it relaxes once in use. I do wish the steam head had a swivel connection to the hose. The telescoping height is good. I don’t think it warrants being described as “commercial” Over all, I think I will like this steamer a great deal.

On the first test run on 5 garments it performed beautifully. The 1800 watts is key getting the job done faster. The unit looks very well made, the telescopic pole is very smooth and just the right height so that I do not have to bend over. I am very happy with this purchase.

We needed something we could use for garments that were more delicate and something that wouldn’t require constant refilling, so far this is working well. The hanger is a bit irksome and could be a little more user friendly for easier on and off capabilities when doing larger bunches, but nothing drastic or having any effect on the capabilities of the steamer itself. Would recommend for anyone looking to replace their ironing board and iron for a more modern comfort!

Have just assembled this and not had a chance to use it once, but the components seem to be of quality. Little things could be better; The hanger for pants seem to loosely hang on weak hooks crooked, there isn't a storage space to keep the brush component over the steam nozzle when not in use, some clips to keep the steam hose organized on the telescoping pole would be great, even better would be some additional storage on board when you want to collapse the entire unit down and store it all away in a compact manner.

Quick with tons of steam. I purchased 17 curtains for my sun room. By the time I opened the packages it was too late to return them. I tried my handheld steamer which worked but it was taking 45 minutes per curtain. This took only 10 minutes a curtain and they hung beautifully.

At first, I did not know which color meant " on: and off when I stepped on the pedal. It took a while to steam. I almost thought it did not work. Also did not know how to attach the clip hanger for pants, as well as how to drain the tank. I ended up going to "YouTube. Maybe directions could be clearer and in color. Otherwise, it worked fine. Would also be nice to include a paddle to insert in the sleeves to avoid a steam burn.

Just used my Salav X3 Steamer and fell in love. I usually iron my clothes and it takes me so long that I dread doing it. Holding an iron is so cumbersome, and I always have to fill the water reservoir because it is so much smaller than the one this steamer has. I steamed 7 flannel shirts today and still have half of the water left. I finished in half the time it would have taken me to iron them. I absolutely love the attached plastic hanger this steamer has to hold the clothing straight up instead of having to use an ironing board and having to constantly shift parts of the clothing around to iron each part. The steamer is lightweight in comparison to an iron and it made it so much less tedious of a job getting all the creases and wrinkles out of each shirt. This steamer is quick in making each shirt look crisp and wrinkle-free. It is slightly more expensive than an iron but I am saving time getting my shirts ready for the week and the fabric looks better than if I ironed them.

I absolutely love this steamer so much, I literally use it every single day that it has slowly started to break on me. It’s still running perfectly fine, but because my entire family uses it everyday it’s a bit work on after having it for 3 years. I 100% recommend you get this steamer, it does a great job removing wrinkles and it isn’t a hassle to move around!

Overall the product works great. Quality of product is good. There is a learning curve on using and obtaining desired results. I use on clothes and on a linen duvet cover and bedsheets to take some of the wrinkles out. Does a great job. I do believe best results are achieved by using an ironing board. Only complaint is leaves water droplets and clothes are damp requiring a small drying time before putting on. If you desire a steam cleaner, do your research but you will not be disappointed with this product.
