The SALAV steam machine is powerful, easy to use, and heats up quickly. It does a great job removing wrinkles and refreshing clothes, making it a very convenient option for everyday use. The build feels solid, and the large water tank is a plus. Overall, a great steamer for the price and definitely worth considering.

Before buying this, I bought a handheld one that had fantastic ratings. Spent an hour steaming one prom dress and there were still tons of wrinkles. Same dress spent about 15 minutes with this one. Easy to set up and use and very effective. I actually want to use it again.

Love that the head on this steamer is both so lightweight and securely hooked onto the stand. Having been the victim of a severe burn from my last steamer I really value this security. Yet, it offers great power and gets creases out much faster! Great product!!

Best investment for my wife's business! I bought this steamer for my wife, Allison, to use for her Poshmark business, and it's been one of the best purchases I've made for her! She does a lot of heavy steaming to get clothing ready for her live shows, and this has become an essential part of her routine. She also uses it for our everyday clothes, so it gets plenty of use! I'm pretty happy with my new steamer! I'm using it to replace a little handheld one that I ruined with allowing it to run out of water. It is so nice to have one with enough water to get all my clothes done and not have to stop and refill every couple of items. Very happy with my purchase.

I needed a steamer that works efficient and is good quality and the X5 is exactly that. My mornings are pretty busy but I do like my clothes steamed before I leave the house and this garment steamer heats up fast and gets my clothes steamed fast. Can only recommend.

I used this product several times before writing this review. The setup is easy and quick. There is not much to assemble. Insert the hang pole, attach the hose, place the water tank, and attach the pants hanger and hose accessories. Simple to use. Plug in, turn it to the steam setting of your choice and in less than a minute, you'll see steam emitting from the hose. I use the steamer at least once a week for 1-1.5 hours continuously and a full water tank will last the entire time. I read other reviews about this steamer, and users experiencing leaks or water overflowing. I have not experienced this during any of my uses. The cord and hose are long. The wheels roll with ease. I use it on tile flooring, so I am not sure if someone with carpet would experience a different result. The hose attachments work well. The brush attachment removes lint and hair quickly. The pant crease attachment leaves a nice crease. This steamer doesn't take up a lot of space. I recommend this steamer.

Love how fast it heats up. Do not like the attachment system. When nothing is attached, which is how I normally use the steamer head, there is a plastic nub close to the flat head that when I run it down clothing from the inside it leaves a line on the clothes. Also the pants hanger catches on the inside of the hanger when trying to clip garments on. It has to be in such a specific spot to use the clip.

I recently purchased this product, and I must admit I got more excited upon its use and how easy the machine works. I had always wanted to own one of these machines but the price this time made it a no brainer. I will continue to use this and enjoy my ironing.

If you aren't allowing people to purchase and activate a warranty after something has broken, the user loses their money on a broken product because they never checked the instruction manual telling them to purchase the warranty. Activate it by default!
