Finally glad I got one of these. Tired of cheaply made products that I felt afraid to handle from their fragile build. Putting this together you KNOW it's gonna be great. Then trying it, even on it's lowest setting, left no more doubts. Fantastic product

I gave this title because we are a team of streamers who volunteer (yes, that means no pay whatsoever) at a thrift store called the Thrift Box. All, and I do mean ALL of the proceeds of our store go to the Stanford Children's Hospital. The majority of donations to the Box are Women's clothes followed closely by Men's then childrens. Though they are usually clean they are also uber wrinkled. Before presenting them for customer purchase, they NEED to be steamed. We had been working for years with a donated steamer that had huge problems. One of the team members finally offered to buy a new one as much for her as for all of us. She suffers from arthritis and is 92!!! We who steam love the easy with which we can roll it, the speed at which it heats up, the ease of the filing of the ladder and the fact that it doesn't spit! We all agree, we are happy steamers. But we have it, we love it and we're gonna keep it. We're not giving it back!!!!

I am a trained Resort Hotel Butler at the Michelin 1 Key level in a 5 star Hotel Resort luxury environment. I as a Butler courtesy; unpack my guests suit cases and do complimentary steaming with vertical steam pressing equipment on guests arrival at the resort. I like the simplicity of the “Salav X3 Garment Steamer”; and am getting great results on two shirts and a sports jacket I am experimenting on with wrinkles! I also like the ease of assembly of the garment steamer as well as disassembly if i need to transport to a client for Private House Butler work at a Private Residence. I give the overall experience a 4 star rating. To get a 5 star rating either an advanced digital manual or more elaborate hard copy manual on Garment Steamer Designer tips for added craftsmanship when steaming garments using this product would have elevated the experience to a 5 star rating;

Out of the box, I was really impressed. I wasn't building a laundromat, but I did not want another piece of junk that died too soon..hoping this is a reliable.tool at a fair price. Radical concept.

It work like magic as soon as I place the steam over the item it took all the wrinkles away less than a min. Loved it got it as a gift. Highly recommend for those who use to iron thier clothing by hand this is definitely a game changer.

I really do love my new steamer. I have never had one before that worked this well. I was able to steam several dresses, button down linen shirts and ladies shorts in a very short length of time. It did a great job! I highly recommend this steamer!

So far so good! Had it set up in about five minutes, and already steamed our first item for the wedding, and it worked wonders! I love the adjustable height, and I like the functionality of it. Now to find space for storage. ? hola.

Assembly instructions were easy to follow. I appreciated the visual guidance immensely as I rely on visuals a lot. The steamer was quick to set up. One feature I like a lot is with the hanger attachment, it's not stuck to “must face one side or else it won't work” — you're able to have the hanger be on either side of the steamer. I personally prefer having the hanger attachment on the opposite side of where the hose is attached to the water source. As for actually using the product, it's easy and quick to use. There's three different settings for the dial — either low (1), mid (2), or high (3). I personally gravitate towards the mid steam setting the most as I've found it reliable in my adventures using it! It doesn't take long at all to heat up — about 50-60 seconds. The steam comes out super fast! I definitely recommend giving this product a try. I'm amazed at how this got rid of the incredibly-stubborn wrinkles of my linen shorts!

I haven't had this product long enough to really give it an honest review as far as how well it's going to hold up, but as far as functionality goes, it does a good job. I like that the pole is telescopic so I don't have to leave it extended all the time and I like the detachable brush feature. Time will tell, but so far I am pleased!

I am a sucker for linen but I love it to be starched and ironed and I would take my white blouses and tops to the dry cleaners to get that ironed, starched and smooth look. Well, NO MORE DRY CLEANERS! With this upright steamer, my blouses and tops look amazing and ready to wear in seconds. I thought there would be a learning curve but after selecting the linen setting (there are multiple settings for many fabrics), the wand was hot and ready to go. Check out these before and after photos. I am ready to go to town on all my wrinkled tops and pants. What an investment!
