These are excellent headphones with very good noise cancellation. However—according to the promotional claims you make—the noise cancellation is supposed to block out 99% of external noise while I am on a call; yet, it doesn't seem to work very well—or perhaps that feature hasn't been implemented yet. Specifically, you state that the device uses AI to recognize my voice, but I have found that it fails to do so. That is my only complaint.

Shokz absolutely nailed it with these. They are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn, and they stay comfortable even during extended use. The open-ear design is a major advantage because it keeps me aware of the world around me without sacrificing the listening experience. What really impressed me is the sound. For open-ear headphones, the audio quality is excellent—clear, enjoyable, and far better than I expected from this style. They strike a rare balance between comfort, awareness, and performance. My only recommendation would be an Apple collaboration for a special Apple Edition with Siri support built in more seamlessly. That would turn an already excellent product into something next-level.

Everything about these earbuds is great! The sound is outstanding, crisp and clear. They are very comfortable to wear. One might even forget they are wearing them. They are light and do not stand out for all to see. The volume control is easy to use. I like everything about the product and I highly recommend them.

Microphone doesn't seem to be great for phone calls. Also have had many times where a call was dropped trying to put the headphone on. And the buttons are kind of confusing. Lastly, sound is pretty good except the noise canceling seems to be odd sometimes.

Disappointed these we not bone conduction. Although they sound OK. They are just terribly uncomfortable. Can wear for about an hour before they are too painful. I contacted support to ask for a refund but never heard back. I have had many pairs of shokz before. I will not be buying again after this experience,

All the positive buzz I heard about these has generally been true. They sound great for being open ear, even pretty great not taking the open ear into the equation. The noise reduction is nothing short of mind blowing for something that's not physically blocking your ear canal. These things won't fall off your head. For any activities that require a lot of movement and impeccable situational awareness - these will do a treat!

I got these to replace my open runs and the sound quality is a huge improvement and the battery life as well, the only downside is I used to wear my open runs for 12 plus hours no problem, these you definitely notice after an hour or so and make my ears very sore. Noise canceling works pretty good except in windy environments.

I've always used the bone induction headsets because anything in my ears always hurt for extended wear. Once I figured out the setting for the sound quality and made sure my phone was set correctly, wow! The noice cancelling needs some work as that lovely high pitched siren randomly goes off. Pretty comfortable and the adjusters work for weird shaped heads like mine. I do wear glasses all the time and there is some issues when running/having to jostle around, only true complaint.

I use these for running, phone calls, podcasts, music, walking and listening around office, outside, inside, everywhere. ACN is great, my wife talks to me and actually hears me and not background noise. Sound is great, really nice app with good sound options. I also love the buttons that i need to press instead of touch. Noise canceling creates some pressure on the ears, but noise canceling is not what I got these for. I want to hear the surroundings. Overall, I love these, and look for any way to use them even around the house.

I own a pair of the original Shokz Open Fit headphones and used them frequently but they did become a little bit uncomfortable after several hours. I was amazed at how comfortable and easy to use the new Open Fit Pro headphones are. They immediately paired with my phone and the sound is terrific! My wife has adopted the older Shokz and I find myself forgetting that I'm wearing the new pair. I really believe they're a hive improvement - I really love them!
