I upgraded my OpenFit+ headphones to these, and they fit much easier over my ears. Even though they are larger, I prefer the firmer grip these provide. The sound reduction mode definitely doesn't eliminate surrounding noise like in-ear buds do, but it cuts the sound enough to maintain my awareness when cycling while helping me enjoy my tunes. A few odd bugs I have to mention: - If I am wearing a beanie or other headgear that partially cover the phones; the noise reduction will sometimes let out unpleasant squeaking and popping sounds. Not a huge deal though. - The buds will sometimes randomly disconnect from some devices, or one ear will cut out temporarily from time to time. - I wish there was a mono-mode available for these when I want one bud in and hear all the audio. Some podcasts have the host and speakers on separate channels, and these don't bode too well with those types of listening situations.

Simply awesome. These are my second pair of shokz's. OpenFit Pros are on another level of sound quality. The sound is full and immersive, you would swear they are over ear headphones. The open air design allow conversations and awareness of your surroundings. I did have some initial ear discomfort issues, but after a few days no issues. If I where to offer any improvements I wish the functions buttons where a little softer to the touch. Highly recommended

These are the most comfortable headphones I have ever owned. I forget that I even have them on, they are that comfortable. In a quite office, the quality of the sound, especially the extra bass, for an open ear headphone is excellent. The clicky buttons now mean much better control, and no lag when trying to control of the headphones. It was always hit and miss with the previous touch controls that had a lag when using them. On thing that I didn't realize was that when the headphones are on but I'm not listening to any music and with noise reduction on, I noticed that the hum of the office fan is greatly reduced. I thought the noise reduction would only be on when music or a podcast was being played but it's on all the time which is very nice. All around the best open ear headphones I have ever used. The only wish I had was that when I'm walking on the street and a very noisy bus passes by, it's so loud I can barely hear a podcast even if I have noise reduction set to high. I wish there was a way to clip the extremely high noise of something like a bus that occurs for 2-4 seconds but still minimizes the LOUD sound of the bus. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

Microphone doesn’t seem to be great for phone calls. Also have had many times where a call was dropped trying to put the headphone on. And the buttons are kind of confusing. Lastly, sound is pretty good except the noise canceling seems to be odd sometimes.

These are an amazing upgrade from the OpenFit 2 Plus. The sound quality is great (although I had no issues on that with the 2+) I have always had issues with ANC on headphones making me uncomfortable or giving me a headache. The Noise Reduction on these works great and doesn't make me uncomfortable at all. It takes "the edge off" off the surrounding sound while still being aware of what's going on around me. For me, it hits the sweet spot. These are slightly heavier than the 2+ but have a much nicer build quality. I can keep them in my ears for most of the day without any issues. I was worried about the size of the case as it looked a lot bigger than the previous case but it is only slightly bigger. It is thinner and it stays in my pockets better and doesn't fall out. It also allows for even more battery life. I use these multiple hours a day and only have to charge maybe once a week at most. For me the Dolby Atmos never sounded right on the 2+ but the experience is much better on these. There are still a few qualities of life features I would like such as auto pause when I talk but I have no doubt that I will eventually see that on these or a future model. I highly recommend these!

Out standing product just know that noise cancellation on these is not block out everything it is for when using mainly during phone conversations. They fit well and stay in place all day if you wear them you will forget they are there. Sound in real clear and plenty loud.

Great product! Checks all the boxes! Battery last through out the day and longer. It’s clear sounding. While listening I can still hear the people i need to talk with. Best feature when you have skin issues on the inside of your ear these do not aggravate or make my ears to become inflamed since I am not having to cram them in ear.

Disappointed these we not bone conduction. Although they sound OK. They are just terribly uncomfortable. Can wear for about an hour before they are too painful. I contacted support to ask for a refund but never heard back. I have had many pairs of shokz before. I will not be buying again after this experience,

I was excited to receive my new shocks Pro. I instantly started wearing them and they are very comfortable however, the volume is extremely low. It's so low that when I try to use them on a plane, I could barely hear the movie playing. I'm hoping that there's going to be a firmware update to address the situation.

I absolutely love these headphones. The sound is amazing. I do not have to worry about them being stuck in my ears and hurting them. The bass is the best by far. I love the ability to have noise cancellation in them as well. This is the best investment for headphones that I have ever made.
