This is a great cake. When I went online to leave a review I was shocked to see a few negative reviews. After I read them, it was clear that these were left by a competitor of the company that makes this cake. I highly recommend this cake!!!

This was an excellent cake. Nice strawberry flavor. Great buttercream icing. A flavorful strawberry gel in the center on the top of the cake makes it a beautiful place to add freshly cut strawberries. I took it for a gathering and people ate it all up.

Cake was dry. Flavor was good.

I was so embarrassed at my mother's house for Mother's Day. The cake was so dry and crumbled to pieces when it was cut into. Never again I will purchase this cake again!
