I purchased it for an event at work, and everyone enjoyed it, and it was very delicious. Also, another's department asked where I had purchased it and they went to buy one two.

Great cake, moist and sweet but not too sweet. Love that the strawberry jam in the middle didn't have chunks of strawberries in it

This was an excellent cake. Nice strawberry flavor. Great buttercream icing. A flavorful strawberry gel in the center on the top of the cake makes it a beautiful place to add freshly cut strawberries. I took it for a gathering and people ate it all up.

Spur of the moment purchase for a family gathering. This was unlike other strawberry cakes I've had...not what I was expecting. I should have paid more attention and read the small print on the label that it needed to be refrigerated! Finding space for that huge container was a challenge. I didn't care for the tart gooey glaze on top...and it was also inside the cake between layers. And too much frosting for my taste. Would not buy again, especially because it needs to be refrigerated. Who has that much refrigerator space before or after a party?

This strawberry cake looked absolutely delicious and was the last one in the refrigerator at the Sams Club we shop at. We decided to purchase it with the intention of using it as a birthday cake. Unfortunately the event we attended had already provided a couple of cakes so we brought it home with us afterwards. We really wanted to like this cake but we discovered that over half of the cake was nothing more than frosting. Really sweet and thick frosting that was overwhelmingly sweet. We basically ended up eating just the cake and removing all of the frosting. Perhaps if the frosting had not been so sweet or abundant, the cake would have been better. We would not buy this again simply due to the excessive amount of sugar in this cake.

The icing was good but the cake was dry. Had a good strawberry taste but we were disappointed at how dry it was.

Bought for birthday party only cut 2 slices. Was horrible. Cake itself was so dry. It had no taste what so ever. Ended up having to go and buy a different cake from local grocery store in town.

We bought this cake for my granddaughter's birthday and it had a terrible aftertaste kind of like a plastic taste. It just had a funny taste after it was not good never would recommend it.

Looked great, paid the 19.00 got it home took a bite, then my sweet tooth hubby took a bite through the entire cake in the trash as it tasted of spoiled milk.

I was really excited to try this mother's day weekend. Sadly, the cake was extremely dry and the icing was chalky. The strawberry topping was fair at best.
