I purchased this one month ago and could not be happier. The installation went great. Generator runs like a clock every week for it's week test.

We purchased a NextGen 24kW w/transfer switch about a month ago and have already had utility power interruptions twice. The system operated seamlessly. We are very happy with the purchase, installation, and its operation.

The unit was installed on a Friday and we lost commercial power for 23 minutes the following Monday. The unit operated flawlessly! The only drawback I've found is the inability to see realtime unit loading and voltage in the Mobile Link app.

Have had this generator for a year. Had to have a faulty emergency switch replaced (under warranty). I've put about 11 hours on it. It's able to power everything in my 2500 sq/ft house (A/C, Heat, oven, dryer) all appliances with no issues.

We had it installed for one simple reason. My wife is on oxygen and we can not have a power failure endanger her life and wellbeing.

have had it for a month and no complaints. hasn't kicked in yet since we haven't lost power. so will tell then. yes it's got some noise to it but you can still sit on the deck and talk if it actually has to run.

Generator delivered with poor communication device, poor dealer service/response, poor Generac support for Mobile link, and poor support for code clearing

I had installed Apr 22 2026 bad control panel finally working properly May 20 2026 a lot of money for a product to need repair right out of box. Not sure about its quality guess we'll see
