Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving it! We’re only starting to learn how to take full advantage of it, but we just had the best steamed broccoli we’ve had in a long time, and oatmeal in the morning is a breeze! Rice too, easy & delicious, and looking forward to cooking beans next!

I love it!! Kitchen aid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the stylish design Rice cooker) The rice cooker has a sturdy body made of high-quality materials. The design is minimalist, without unnecessary details, featuring smooth lines and a convenient control panel. Smart modes automatically adjust the optimal time and temperature for different types of grains. KitchenAid fits perfectly into a modern kitchen interior and looks expensive and elegant))

Thoughtfully designed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main reason I made the purchase was to avoid stove-top spill-over messes when steaming rice. After trying various settings and options offered when making rice - manual or automatic, rinsed or not, I have found the KitchenAid does an excellent job with rice, although I'm still looking to obtain slightly more stickiness in the cooked rice. It does require about 16 minutes more time than my gas stove stop preparation when making rice; and, more time for steaming vegetables than with my conventional electric steamer too. But I like the results. I like no mess. I like "turn it on, walk away" too. I'm looking forward to cooking beans. It has a compact footprint. It sits under the overhead cabinet nicely. I give it a 4.8 rating - slightly less than full 5 stars only because the cooking time of the unit is a bit slow - 35 minutes to cook a cup of white rice.

Cooked super fluffy rice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great rice cooker makes it it really soft and cooked to perfection. Super versatile and also is very durable. Super easy to clean all you have to do is take out the pot and the safety features it locks when you were cooking.

Seriously useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous when my dinner rested on the two cups of brown rice I put into this machine. But in one hour I had perfectly steamed brown rice! Boiled rice can be so gummy and sticky and a mess to clean up. But this rice cooker created fluffy rice, that didn’t stick, and it was super easy to clean. A little bit big to sit on a counter in a small kitchen but definitely something I will be using from now on for all my rice and grain needs.

Have Your Oatmeal Ready and Waiting for You In AM

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Selected it for rice, hoping to make the sticky type rice I get at Chinese food restaurants, but haven’t even attempted it yet. Instead it is being used daily for steel cut oatmeal. It lets me cook to the thicker consistency that I like. I add bananas, berries and honey for a wonderful breakfast. Then comes clean up time - I thought ugh. But, it is super simple and clean up is a snap. Zero scrubbing involved. The same water tank that cooks the grains and rice is used. You just close back the lid and tell the touch screen to clean. It steam cleans the pan. A quick rinse and it looks spotless. I like to quickly wash with a bit of soap, but it probably doesn’t even need this as it looks very clean after rinsing. I had honestly thought this would be a countertop appliance which I would pull out when I needed it on occasion. Instead it has its own space on my limited countertop as it has become a daily staple for using. I can set it to tell it to cook to be ready (up to 24 hours ) when I wake up and it will cook the oatmeal and keep it warm. I look forward to trying the rice and even beans, but for now am loving the ease of cooking and cleaning for the steel cut oats.

Should I return this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not convinced that this is worth the $$$ The scale is very SENSITIVE which cautiously makes me question how long this will last. I make Oatmeal every morning& sometimes rice once a week. On two mornings using the same Oatmeal brand from day one (Dec 25,2025) it miscalculated the water amount on 2oz of rolled otas & over flowed. I couldn't understand what was done incorrectly. I want to love it but I'm not sure.If the scale stops working maybe the cooker will stop working!?

A useful addition to your kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kitchenaid rice cooker is the bomb. It is a great tool for working families. It makes perfect rice every time.this beautiful sleek helpful tool would be a great addition to your kitchen. I was skeptical of a rice cooker, as I still cooked rice in a pan like my great-grandmother, still using her pan. Well, I toyed with it for several meals and even tried a few recipes in the book that came with it. My favorite thing about this rice cooker is that I can set it up in the morning (it has a delay timer) and then come home in the evening to a hot meal. Another point i feel needs mentioning you don't even need to measure, this sounds a little crazy. This machine weighs your dry rice and then adds the perfect amount of water and time. I saved the best part for last, only one pot to clean, and this machine even cleans itself. Just WOW amazing!!

Convenient and cooks like a dream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first rice cooker I've ever used, and seeing as how easy and convenient it is, I can't imagine making rice on the stove again! We are vegetarian and eat a lot of beans and pulses, many of which I have to soak overnight or cook for extended periods of time. This cooker makes it so easy to do that, and is big enough to accommodate for the entire family! It's very smart and takes away the measuring and watching steps from me. I only wish that the pot part was stainless steel, as I have moved away from using non-stick.
