I cannot believe this appliance...I've tried everything!!!! stop top, oven, insta pot... you name it, I've tried it..... and never before have I been able to achieve rice that was tender and either not stick together in starchy, damp clumps or sticking to the cooking vessel. I live at high altitudes, so this came into play... but I've now used this rice cooker 8-10 times, for various rice, and each time it comes out tender, fall apart rice that looks like you see from restaurants..!!!! I wished I could give this product 100 STARS!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good little device, the starches from the rice have to be washed out really well or the starches are going to get all over the reflective finish on the lid. Also releases a lot a lot of steam all at once towards the end so keep away from cabinetry. Other than that, easy to clean and easy to maneuver the controls

We’ve had this rice cooker for several months and EVERY time we try cooking something in it (rice, quinoa, couscous, lentils, etc.) it sticks to the bottom, overcooks, and burns it! We have to stop the cooking process sometime in the middle of the cook time and hope that it’s cooked all the way. Not worth the money we paid for it!!

I was the worst at cooking rice, hear me out. I got three kids that all love rice, it’s like rice is a fad with young kids right now. I was sad when I saw their little faces asking for rice, I’m like sorry kids dad sucks at rice. Well not anymore, it’s amazing how many meals you can make quick and easy with a rice base or side. It’s honestly changed my dinner game. Even easy stuff cheesy rice or just rice with soy sauce( my daughter loves that). Oh yea, this thing can do way more than rice. All kinds of beans and grains. It’s pricey but trust me, it makes the most amazing perfect fluffy rice. Do not hesitate on this. It’s worth every penny. I just wish I knew where I could get a replacement/backup liner.

Its has multiple setting for rice, grains, and beans and it cooks all of them in under an hour. The first thing i made in it was Spanish rice and it literally came out perfect! The water dispensers mesures the water out for you, so no more over cooked rice. I never knew that i needed a rice cooker in my life until now!

It is compact in size and fits perfectly on the counter. It cooks the rice perfectly and makes a dinner very easy to prepare in portions with its touch screen measurement features. I have always been a boil in bag rice kind of person because I could never get rice the right texture — either burnt, too mushy etc. The kitchen aid rice cooker gets it right every time! I love how it measures the perfect amount of water for the rice you add (no measurements needed!) and the clean up is so easy! Great for home but would also be great for college dorms. I’m really happy with this product!!
