This makes getting dinner ready easier. The number of things you can make with it makes it super worth it. The cleaning was fairly easy. Overall I think this is a great product.

I used it all the time and it is perfect for those who are getting older as you truly can walk away while it is cooking. I can hardly wait to cook more in it and try new recipes. It makes cooking beans a lot cheaper than canned. Talk about great chili! I can't say enough good things about this and keep telling my stepmom who gave it to me....She says she loves hearing about it!

Every dish has turned out excellent. This rice cooker is amazing especially for a household like mine. It's perfect for someone who needs a hands-off cooking experience-just throw everything in, set the delay, and not worry until it's time to eat. The cooking options are versatile, and the ease of cleaning makes it a dream to maintain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice cooker was one of the easiest kitchen gadgets I have ever used. It sits level on my counter and while it may be kind of bulky it would be easy to store under the cabinet or in a pantry. All I had to do was fill up the water basin, turn on the machine chose my setting for rice, quinoa, long grain, wheat, oats, and then it has a digital scale on it that measures out the perfect amount while you pour. Close the lid and the machine does the rest! Making rice is so much more fun and effective now! The machine never got hot on the outside and there is a timer that counts down till your product is done, and then has a warming timer as well. Clean up was super easy as well, and my rice did not stick to my pan either which gives it a thumbs up in my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smaller than I originally anticipated but I love that it’s not too bulky. I like that it looks sleek and not an eye sore on the counter. It’s good for different kinds of grains and it lets you choose the presets and level of doneness. It’s supposed to automatically measure the amount of water needed so it takes the guesswork out of it. You just fill the side tank and the machine does the rest. It also comes with a steam dish! It worked well with rice but it did leave it a little mushier than I would like. Not a deal breaker though. I also attempted to add some fish fillets to cook with the rice and those cooked well too. The machine weighs the food and figures out how much water it’ll need and how long it’ll take to cook. There’s a timer which is convenient and a “keep heated” option after your food is done cooking. Mine showed to keep warm for 4 hrs after done cooking. I’m not sure how to change that or if it’s just a default setting. The machine was easy to clean but kind of bothersome. You have to leave the lid open to make sure the moisture doesn’t stay trapped. But even the next day, there was still water trapped on the lid that I had to then go in with a napkin to dry. I imagine this would cause mold if you’re not wiping it down fully after each use. Another thing is that it didn’t come with a spoon to scoop up the rice. Every rice cooker I’ve bought has come with its own spoon since the bowl can be scratched if you use something to harsh. Seems like a cheap thing to not include. Overall, ok. I would recommend this particular item to anyone. I feel like there’s better options out there but maybe for someone who cooks beans or other types of grains, it could prove useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rice and grain cooker! There’s a setting for everything! Dry, rinsed, soaked. Every grain and bean you could want. To test it out, I made the Power Quinoa Muffins from their suggested recipe book. (Not particularly relevant to the actual product, but if you use the recipe they provide, I would decrease the amount of quinoa added to maybe 3/4 cup, even for quinoa muffins, it was a bit much.) BUT, the machine cooked the quinoa perfectly, and I could focus on prepping the other ingredients, without worrying about stirring it or anything burning/drying out. I also cooked dry, unsoaked kidney beans right out of the bag in this machine. (It took about 2 hours, and they came out great and I didn’t have to watch it at all.) It’s really cool to watch the machine weigh the grain and calculate how much water to add. It’s quiet while cooking and easy to clean. Cons: it’s a little larger than your average rice cooker, so it takes up a good amount of space on your countertop. But I just leave it in a cupboard and take it out when I need it. Overall, this is a very cool and versatile product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kitchenAid grain and rice cooker, was surprisingly easy to get started. Within less than 40 minutes I had fully cooked rice. I’m not good at cooking rice so this is definitely something that will become a staple in my kitchen. My only wish is that the cord was longer because of my small counter space.
