Rice for dinner, set up oats on a time delay for breakfast while the cook pot is washing. Overall, super happy with the machine.

This rice cooker is so efficient to use. you add water to the container put your rice,beans or whatever you want to cook in the large pot and use the touchscreen to find the product you are using and it adds just the right amount of water. It cooks perfect beans,rice and there is also a container above the pot for cooking vegetables potatoes etc. This cooker is awesome.

I also like the ability to get it ready and use the delayed start. When the rice is done, the warmer keeps it hot until dinner.

But, not with this! Makes perfect rice every time because it automatically dispenses the correct amount of water. The cooker is super quiet and easy to clean. I shouldn’t have worried, because the design is not only innovative but incredibly user-friendly. It has delivered perfect rice every time. This is an incredible addition to my kitchen and makes preparing meals with rice so much easier. The instruction booklet that is included with the appliance is super helpful. I don’t eat a lot of grains, but I am certain it would cook them nicely as well based on my great experience with the rice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm Asian. Of course I know how to cook rice. This product makes it easy for ANYONE to make that perfect pot of rice. No more measuring out the exact ratio of rice to water (like dipping your finger to the distal phalange). The cooked rice is superior to my more expensive 'Premium' cooker. The rice in the Kitchenaid is fluffier and has a better texture. You can create custom cooking settings. Besides, it's easy to clean. The ceramic pot, in my opinion, is even easier to clean than the non-stick pot in my last rice cooker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I was a bit skeptical on how a machine will know how to cook rice perfectly just by weighing it. But I am not even exaggerating when I say the rice was so perfect, every grain of rice was cooked perfectly and was firm, no clumps. It was extremely easy to use as a first time user. I just rinsed rice and placed it in pot and then it weighed it while then adding the perfect amount of water on its own. I can’t wait to use this product to cook more items like oatmeal or beans.
