This toaster is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. It toasts to perfection every time. I have had many toasters in my day but this one is by far, the best!

Product design and structure are very good. Toast comes out evenly toasted. Like the functions available and the efficiency by which it accomplishes the task selected.

Easy to clean, inside and out. I also like the spin resistance of the time button, which is enough to have the feeling of direct control of the time input for each toast slot unit.

TOASTER PERFORMANCE IS TERRIBLE; SETTINGS DO NOT FUNCTION AS EXPECTED AND 'DARK SHADE' TOAST REQUIRES RE-TOASTING TO ACHIEVE DESIRED RESULTS. LOOKS GREAT, WORKS POORLY.

Amazing clean style blends right in with my other stainless countertop gadgets. Toasts like a dream! Controls feel sturdy and substantial. I'd have gladly paid twice the price.

We have loved this toaster after having a few bad experiences with other brands. I make homemade bagels and we use our toaster a lot and it toasts them perfectly.

This toaster is simply… awesome! It toasts my bread perfectly! I love how easily I can put my bagel into the slots. It’s very easy to use! I am happy with it!

As with all toasters there is a short learning curve learning to toast to your preferences. Controls are easy to use. Heating elements distribute heat fairly evenly. It looks good and seems to be well built.

Looks great , toasts great , but the pop up spring is week . doesn't effect toasting but it should pop all the way up . I'm manically incline so one day I'll open it up and put better springs in .

I tried to contact someone for 2 1/2 hrs yesterday to speak to someone about the feezer I had to replace with this one. I got absolutely no one who could help me. I hope this freezer lasts longer than the last one!!
