The over all look of the vacuum was nice and clean, nothing overtly fancy, but when cleaning who really needs a super fancy looking vacuum if it does the job. The vacuum itself is decently light weight and not too clunky which was helpful when going to different floors in my house. The extension wand was great for getting hard to reach cobwebs on the ceiling which is helping for my wife who is 5' 2. This vacuum has been great for pet hair. We have 3 large dogs and one who is a severe shedder. This vacuum doesn't struggle to capture all the hair. The turbo eraser is great for pulling hair off our fabric couch.

This vacuum has the maneuverability and suction power of much more expensive vacuums I've used. I rated this 5 stars for the value, great product without a huge price tag! I found the brush roll and swivel made it easy to maneuver. The extension wand was great for reaching up high as well as in low corners. I used it to clean under the table, above my curtains where cobwebs collects, and on my furniture. Both attachment tools are handy. I liked a the turbo eraser for my upholstered coffee table and the crevice tool for floor edges. I love that the crevice tool has a brush part that can easily be pushed back instead of being 2 separate tools. I can tell this vacuum has great suction power based on how much dirt it picked up! The tank was easy to empty and clean out. This vacuum is also lightweight which adds to its ease of maneuvering. Overall, I'm impressed with how well it works for how inexpensive it is! I can't speak for how long this vacuum will last though. I feels like it is durable and will hold up, so I'm hopeful it will!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed using this vacuum so far. My house has a long haired cat and double coated dog, so we are in a constant battle with pet hair. This vacuum did an amazing job on our carpet, tile, and rugs. My favorite feature is the pet hair attachment for furniture. It has a unique design that really does a good job. I used it on my dog's bed and was shocked at how much it was able to remove. We've had a Dyson allergy for a while and I was more impress with this vacuum's ability with carpet and furniture. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum was purchased 4 months ago, worked great, but now all of a sudden it is making a very loud noise. Still works, nothing clogged, filters clean, hoses clean. Makes horrible loud noise when turned on and loud enough to wake the neighbors! Emailed support twice . Chatted and got kicked out , been on hold now 30 minutes with customer support .

This was amazing at getting it up from not only the carpet but also our hardwood floors. The attachments and wand make it easier to clean your couch and hard to reach corners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I have to say that this is a super lightweight vacuum for being an upright, which I love. The look and design is eye appealing and since I don't have a pantry or butlers closet even a hallway closet to store it I'm glad it is a smaller size than other comparable upright vacuums. The extension wand is great besides one slight issue and it definitely has suction power. The only downside for me with the suction wand is that it is the handle and when pulling the vacuum In a backward motion the extension wand kept coming out of its place without even pressing the button that is used to release it. It definitely cleaned the areas that are more of a struggle to get to with ease. The brush roll and swivel are really good at catching pet hair. The best part about the brush roll that I was originally anxious about was if the pet hair was going to get stuck and wrap around it causing it to loose suction, which it did not. It was very easy to clean around most of my furniture and I was even able to get the vacuum cleaner under the lip of my couch and chair and ottoman cleaning the loose pet hair and debris from under the couch that is visible to the eye when across the room. The tool variety was good I feel the angle brush that was given was perfect for me to get my door frames dusted and I have been using the small motor head attachment for my couch to clean the pet hair off of it at night and also used it on the cat tower to get some of the loose shedding off and it was quite literally night and day between the before and after. My overall impression is between a 4 and 5 star rating and the only reason it isn't a total five stars is due to the nature of the handle also being the extension wand and how it keeps popping out of place without having to press the release button. Other than that handle issue overall this vacuum is amazing for people who have pets, dogs and cats there is a noticeable difference in how well my floors feel after vacuuming them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of pros and a few cons for this vacuum, but overall great value for the price! Pros first: HUGE canister - the photo shows the dirt from the entire first floor of my home (with 2 pets, after it hadn't been vacuumed in a week!), and I didn't even have to dump it mid-cleaning like I do with my other vacuums. I also loved the pet eraser tool - I have a short-haired dog whose hair gets absolutely embedded in our twill-like couch, and it's almost impossible to clean. The tool didn't get 100% of the hair, but it did better than anything else we've tried! I also like the swivel feature, and the extension wand is super long and effective even if it's not as flexible as I'd like. Cons: it feels a bit cheap and plastic-y, but that does make it very lightweight for its size. The size is a bit larger than I'd like for the base of the machine (to fit easily in closets). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this vacuum for free as a Stellar Panel review item. This vacuum came packaged nicely and was easy to assemble. I really didn't need directions. It looks ok; it's a little cheap feeling with so much bulky plastic. I am impressed with the sucking ability for any floor type (I have hardwood, tile, and carpet). Like this thing SUCKS and feels adhered to the ground. I was pretty disgusted with what it got up and I had just used my regular vacuum the day before. I have 2 cats, a dog, and 2 messy toddlers. This was great for open flooring areas but the head is pretty bulky and not great for going under couch/ bookshelf, around tables, etc. I like the different options for flooring but I do not like the placement of the adjustment knob on the head. It was kind of annoying to keep bending down to change the suction type. I wish it was on the handle. I used the extension wand for under my bed (hardwood) and it did do a good job. I wish it had a little light at the end but I made do with my phone. I liked the brush option for this because it got all the car hair "tumbleweeds." Overall this is a good quality vacuum but there are a few design changes that would make it 5/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the vacuum, it was very easy to put together. The quick start directions showed me how to get it set up. I was looking forward to see how the vacuum would work on my most used pet areas (carpet covered stairs). I was impressed at the level of suction immediately. I used the attachment with wand to do the stairs and the amount of hair it quickly pulled up was shocking (but also yay!). I then tested it in my kids room and living room and it worked so well. I haven't experienced a bag less or wand attachment that has this level of power. It was fairly light to carry around and easy to empty out the container once I was done. There was also nice swivel action when using it as upright. I look forward to using it more around the house. I also liked the hose was super easy to take in and out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great vaccum especially for the value! With 2 toddlers and a dog, our floors get messy quick. This vacuum sucks in the best way! Haha one of my favorite parts is that it is easy to adjust the height so I can sweep my hard wood floors, flat washable rugs and our shag rug all with one vaccuum! The attachments are so great for furniture and sweeping out the stroller. The swivel helps make sweeping a breeze as well.
