[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is so beautiful right out of the box that I didn’t even want to use it and dirty it up. Everything was so carefully packaged that it was perfect from top to bottom. For context: his is my first espresso machine and I am not nor have I ever been a barista. It took a bit for me to set up but the online tutorial was immensely helpful. My first latte was SO good. So smooth and delicious that I didn’t have to add a thing to it. I had no idea I could make coffee that tasted like that at home. It was better than my normal Starbucks. There are lots of customizations like temperature, grind, etc. I’m not familiar enough to know what the changes do yet, but again, the tutorial was so helpful. The one thing I haven’t figured out is the pressure gauge. It doesn’t move at all. I’m not sure if it’s broken or user error but I haven’t figured it out yet. I feel so fancy with this machine and it makes me want to learn how to make ALL the yummy drinks. I love it!!!

This one from KitchenAid has totally changed that. It feels approachable enough for beginners but still has enough control to keep things interesting once you get the hang of it. The built-in burr grinder is a huge win—it saves counter space and makes sure the beans are fresh every single time. I’ve been experimenting with different grind settings, and it really does change the flavor of the espresso, which is fun if you like to tinker. Pulling shots feels consistent, and once you figure out your ratio, it’s easy to repeat. Steaming milk for lattes and cappuccinos is smoother than I expected (though it takes a little practice to get that café microfoam). I’ve made everything from americanos in the morning to cappuccinos in the afternoon, and the quality is honestly close to what I’d buy out. If you want to dip your toes into home espresso without diving into something overly complicated, this machine nails it. It’s sturdy, looks great on the counter, and makes you feel like you’ve leveled up from drip coffee.

Easy to use directions and makes a wonderful cup of espresso and with the grinding process is so much nicer than others I have used. It’s not a loud machine and you can make it the exact way you want for each separate cup which is nice when you have company over. The overall taste is absolutely amazing. Love love love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this espresso machine. It seems sturdy and very well made but after using it, there are some flaws. The bean grinder right on the machine works wonders! I do love that. Now with the pour of the espresso, that's another story. It seems that it doesn't matter which setting you set, you're going to get an amount of espresso, whether it's a single or double is a gamble. It never gives the same amount, or the right amount twice. The pressure gauge hasn't worked since day 1 out of the box. And the milk frother/steamer is great too!

We are replacing another coffee maker that grinds beans it is incredible how much more quiet it is than our old one! It's easy to clean and came with good instructions and espresso tastes great! I love love love this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a pleasure to be sent this product to reveal, especially since I am an avid coffee lover. This was my first experience with a Kitchen Aid espresso machine, but it is truly wonderful and not difficult to master. The built-in burr grinder is super handy, but takes a bit of trial and error to get the bean size proper! The built in steam wand is great too, and can be pretty loud, but that’s to be expected. I can’t recommend this enough!

In the beginning, the milk frother worked great, but it is no longer making foam.

This was a gift that gets used everyday. It is extremely easy to use. I use it primarily for lattes, but have made Americanos also.
