It’s been such a blessing to use every morning and makes every day just that much better. What I love most is how quiet it is—the grinder and the machine both run so smoothly that I can make my morning espresso without disturbing the house (very important with little kids at home). It’s also extremely simple to use, and the high-quality parts make it feel solid and reliable. The burr grinder produces consistently even grounds, which has made a huge difference in the taste of my espresso. Each cup is custom made and can be individualized to perfection. At first, the milk frothing took me a little practice to get right, but after a couple of weeks I’ve graduated to making latte art—a fun bonus I didn’t expect when I first started. Now every cup feels like something I’d order at a café, only made right at home. Overall, this machine is quiet, easy to use, and built with real quality. Set up was a little tricky; the instructions weren't accurate and we ended up having to figure out set up on our own. Now that we have everything up and running, we've been making delicious espresso, lattes and more with our machine. It is a great addition to our kitchen. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you know your way around an espresso machine, this should be easy to use! If you don't, it's fairly easy to learn. I really like how fine it grinds the beans, which is very important to me. It includes a cleaning mode, which is extremely helpful. This machine is quite heavy, but it seems very durable. It comes with 4 different metal blind filters, which I am still figuring out the difference between the filters and which ones gives me the best espresso shot. The grinder option for a double shot does grind a lot of coffee, where it seems like it's overflowing. If I do use the double shot setting on the grinder, I will set it so it's closer to the "less" than a full double shot setting. The drawer that holds the filters can get stuck if you don't pull it straight out. The water tank comes with a water filter, which I think is a plus because then you aren't getting the harsh water running through the machine.

Unlike other espresso machines, this one is very quiet, especially when it comes to grinding the beans and that in itself is amazing. It is so easy to customize your morning coffee you can make espresso, Americano, cappuccinos the options are endless. The fact that it grinds the beans fresh makes it so much more enjoyable because you get a fresh cup with every brew if you don’t have one of these, I suggest you get one because this has already saved me money and is a hit with my entire family!

It’s overall relatively easy to use, but there was a learning curve. The instruction book wasn’t super helpful but was still able to figure it out. I’d recommend this machine to anyone looking to upgrade their coffee-making at home. The coffee is so tasty
