I have used different types of espresso machines at work and at home and I absolutely love this one. First of all, it was packed really well. Everything was so organized and nicely wrapped. The box was kind of heavy so I had to borrow a cart to bring it to my apartment. The espresso machine itself is heavy too which is a good sign. It comes with a water filter and it’s tank has a 3L capacity. It has four different baskets for pre-ground or freshly grounded coffee. I used almond milk for frothing and it worked great. Make sure you clean the wand afterwards and don’t leave it unattended otherwise it won’t be easy to remove the milk. The machine is easy to clean and maintain if you follow the instructions. I absolutely love it.

It's also super user friendly. I am no barista but can pull a great shot out of this. Our first machine had a broken pressure gauge, but it was quickly replaced without hassle. Highly recommend.

I love that you can choose the coarseness of the bean grind and the temperature it brews the espresso at. The guide also gives you simple tips to get the best consistency and a variety of single and double wall filters to brew with. I will definitely save money in the long run now that I won’t run out to buy lattes. This machine feels really high quality and like it will last a long time. I love that the grinder has a place to hold beans and a large water tank to take out manual steps every day. This makes crafting a drink an easy step to add to my morning routine. I’ve also used the plain hot water feature to make tea. I’m looking forward to getting some fun syrups and trying out even more drinks.

I can make so many different coffees or simple espresso shots! It's super simple and easy to use and comes with a recipe book with steps and ingredients so you can learn if you don't know how to use it or make certain drinks. It comes with everything you need and i highly recommend if you're looking into buying one. This company is great.

It was very easy to setup, I read some reviews that said the priming portion was hard to understand, it wasn't. There are several more customizable settings that I have not played with because I was able to fine tune to my tastes without having to use them. I recommend using a gram scale to help narrowing down the grind amount via the setting then you are good to go.

It did take some trial and error to finally figure out how to properly use it ,but once I did ,It was a piece of cake. it. I love the built in grinder and the different settings it has. It’s super easy to clean up after each use ,It also comes with everything you need to make a great espresso or latte. My espresso machine makes me feel like a barista.

It took about few try’s to really get the hang of it but now I am brewing exceptional espresso at home! Love the different grinding level options, options for a double shot is a must for me and this espresso machine has that too! Temperature level for the water is great!! It also has a milk steamer and a spout for hot water which is very handy for tea making! All in all I am pretty impressed with this machine!!

I definitely recommend this machine especially for beginners.

I have been looking for a new espresso machine for home for quite some time. I kept debating between semi & fully automatic options with a plethora of different price points. I was genuinely unable to make a decision until I saw this beauty. I love the sleek design & the fact that the exterior is not plastic. I have seen far more expensive machines that I would never be able to justify the price point of, but this is a solid machine & I believe it is worth every penny. And, can we take a moment to admire how beautiful the Juniper shade is? It’s perfect. Setup was very quick from unpacking the box to making my first latte. The steam wand is comparable to many other machines within this price range & you will have no issues making a piping hot latte, americano or even a perfect cup of tea. I am extremely impressed with how quiet the grinder is. I can make a latte in the morning before work without being in fear that the noise will wake my spouse. The machine does not take up a massive footprint on my countertop. It is fairly compact. My upper kitchen cabinets are set a bit low so I was fairly certain that I would not be able to set it on the countertop at all, but it fits like a glove. If I had *one* negative thing to say it would be that my puck does not always easily release from my portafilter. Overall, I could not be happier with my espresso machine. Not incentivized. I paid for my machine with my own money.

I've been enjoying trying different espresso drinks from the included recipe booklet. I only deducted a star because it is a little on the loud side. Other than that I've absolutely loved it. Such a nice, well made machine. Everything feels very high quality. The water reservoir is large and holds plenty of water, so you don't have to fill it up all the time. Also has a nice carrying handle to carry it to the sink. The stainless steel is beautiful and blends well in any kitchen. It's been easy to clean and care for so far as well. Overall I am very happy! It has everything I could want or ask for in an at home espresso machine. I drink espresso every morning, so it's been amazing having the ability to make it at home and save some money! Definitely recommend!
