It is such an awesome machine and comes with all you need for fresh yummy espresso shots. It also comes with a milk pitcher and the steam wand can be used to create rich foam or steamed milk for different drinks. Also love that the machine tells you when it needs cleaning and you can run the cleaning cycle with the push of a button. It is a high quality machine and definitely seems worth the price.

I’m so thankful I got a chance at getting this. Thank you so much Influenster I have always wanted one and you gifted me a really nice one for my birthday. I definitely recommend this machine especially for beginners.

I have been looking for a new espresso machine for home for quite some time. I kept debating between semi & fully automatic options with a plethora of different price points. I was genuinely unable to make a decision until I saw this beauty. I love the sleek design & the fact that the exterior is not plastic. I have seen far more expensive machines that I would never be able to justify the price point of, but this is a solid machine & I believe it is worth every penny. And, can we take a moment to admire how beautiful the Juniper shade is? It’s perfect. Setup was very quick from unpacking the box to making my first latte. The steam wand is comparable to many other machines within this price range & you will have no issues making a piping hot latte, americano or even a perfect cup of tea. I am extremely impressed with how quiet the grinder is. I can make a latte in the morning before work without being in fear that the noise will wake my spouse. The machine does not take up a massive footprint on my countertop. It is fairly compact. My upper kitchen cabinets are set a bit low so I was fairly certain that I would not be able to set it on the countertop at all, but it fits like a glove. If I had *one* negative thing to say it would be that my puck does not always easily release from my portafilter. Overall, I could not be happier with my espresso machine. Not incentivized. I paid for my machine with my own money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love the quality of espresso I get from this machine- the grinding performance is stellar- so quick, so fine, so smooth. But, alas, i've found it rather difficult to learn to use if i'm being completely honest. I scanned the QR code, and watched the limited videos provided, and even youtubed some of my own trying to learn but all I can get the machine to brew consistently is an Americano- granted, a delish one, but still. Frustrating. I realize this is mostly a user error issue, but not for lack of trying so it is included in my review.

The coffee is perfect every time, and the smell of just grounded beans in the morning is what your days need to go from 'meh' to 'life has a purpose and it is fully fulled by this machine'.

After the grinding, packing and the espresso processes you come out with a cafe quality shot made right at home! I was impressed by the simplicity of the machine itself! The quality of the machine is very good. The only problem is the fast instruction to set the expresso machine for the first time, do not follow the fast instructions. Read the manual instructions there details you need to do before use the expresso machine. But I recommend 100%

I am not going to lie it did take a little time to set it up but it was well worth the effort The temperature of the espresso was perfect and I loved all the different options it provides for brewing. The burr grinder was such a nice added bonus as I haven't seen many machines with this option. I also love the built in milk steamer. The quality and taste of the espresso is out of this world. I would recommend reading the instructions for the set up and for making your espresso the first few times. Good quality product that I will be using on a daily basis.
