I was surprised at not only how non-stick they are but also the quality. They are smooth, no seams, no bent metal rims to get water trapped in them, no staining when browning, big handles and durable, but not heavy. They are hands down a huge improvement over my standard baking sheets.

I've always stuck by my tried-and-true metal baking pans and thought I would never stray until I came across this set. This has completely replaced my metal cake pans. I love the non-stick surface, and the baking comes out so even - no hot spots that I can tell. The only downside to them is that they are very heavy, so be prepared to go in with two hands on these, but they're worth it! They're so easy to clean - I can use my foaming spray and rinse them right off. I would choose these over my metal pans every day of the week!

The pans are heavy duty, non stick, and just the right sizes to take care of pretty much anything you could want to do in the kitchen. We use the large sheet pan the most, but all of the pans are great additions to your kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great brand new, time will tell if the coating will degrade. I like the large lip, it's easy to grab with oven mits for in and out of the oven. The baking sheet has a standard shallow edge.

I just purchased the 4 piece set a month ago and LOVE it! Perfect for salmon and veggies dinners for my family. I love how even it cooks and the no stick and surface is amazing...Literally everything slides right off the pan and leaves no stains or marks. The handles are easy to grab and perfect size. Looks and feels like high quality and well made. The clean up is super easy and stacks nicely in cabinet for next time.

The color easily matches my kitchen theme. The ceramic is non-stick so there’s no need for me to use added oils or aluminum foil. I’m addition, I can use my pans in high heat in the oven. The variety of sizes that is included in the set has allowed me to cook a variety of dishes without needing unnecessary pans.
