These pans are excellent. So smooth and easy to clean. This is my 4th purchase from Green Pan for different products, and I keep coming back for more.

Best ovenware ever! I love the weight of the pans...not too heavy, but not too light. The ceramic nonstick makes clean up a breeze, and the sheet pans don't ping in a hot oven. Even my sticky buns turn right out of the pan!
