I already had the large flat pan from GreenPan, but use it almost daily so getting another one as part of this set was a no brainer. These are perfectly non-stick and dishwasher safe, both of which is a life saver with three little kids. I can make anything with these, ranging from tatertots to cake. Yes, go get these and I promise you won't regret it.

Nothing, and I mean nothing stuck to these pans I didn't even have cookie crumbs stuck literally you can wipe it out with a paper towel. I don't ever want to use anything else. Cooked so evenly each, and everytime. These are meant ro last a lifetime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ovenware ceramic nonstick pan set is great! It is a four piece set & each piece is really well made, strong & overall fantastic! In the included pictures it only shows the baking sheet pan & the smallest, deep baking dish. Those two items are the first ones I used for my apartment buildings Christmas dinner party. They worked perfectly! The green bean casserole baked great & did not stick at all with no coating or anything used inside. The sheet pan was used to make "Christmas cracker candy" . It is a very sticky desert so i did use a small amountof foil, only for easier clean up. I think because of the pan quality & non stick ability that I've noticed while using the other pieces, that the candy would be fine baked on the pan without foil. I'll try it again soon. I have made brownies & other dinner casseroles & had no sticking issues. Also, everything baked evenly & perfect. This is a heavy duty, sturdy, wonderful set. If you enjoy cooking this set is for you. I love it & it will be used often in my home.

I was surprised how small these pans are. The loaf pan is more mini. The square baker is too small for my regular brownie recipe. And the pan I thought I'd use the most for lasagnas, etc., won't hold my regular recipes either. BUT if you are looking for smaller sizes of pans, I would recommend these to you. Easy to clean and versatile.

I'm a member of the GreenPan Kitchen Team, and I had been desperate to try this ovenware out. My wonderful coworker knows this and decided to get it for me :) It truly exceeded my expectations-- it's my favorite product that GreenPan has made so far! It's completely non-stick. There's no need to put down tinfoil/parchment paper or anything when you are baking, things just slide right off of it. I made toffee the other day for chocolate chip cookies, and (for the first time in my life) had no problems popping it off of the sheet pan. Genuinely cannot recommend this more. It's durable, super non-stick, and beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for small family meals as they're not very big. Works great in the oven or on top of the stove, hasn't chipped away yet. Do not put in dishwasher to preserve them longer. Haven't had any problems with food sticking to them either.

The only down fall I have with the pans is, they are very slick making it hard to handle with just ordinary ovenmits as the pans still slide out of your hands. I think they would be fantastic if they had some sort of silicone grips to help with removal of pan from oven.
