[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This X3 Commercial Full-Size Garment Steamer is absolutely wonderful. I can leave it in my walk-in and it is ready when I am ready to use it. Putting up a ironing board every time you needed to press something was a hassle. All you have to do is plug it up and you don’t have to worry about putting wrinkles in your garment because you are not ironing the garment lying down flat. You are not ironing but steaming which makes the job easier. Love, love this steamer.

I bought my steamer a year ago and it was working very well for my commercial setting, I ended up needing a replacement at one point and the company did such a great job at helping and taking care of our replacement. I appreciate solid customer service :)

Now that I have tried a steamer to remove wrinkles I am never going back to an iron. This steamer works well for all different kinds of material. It has a good size water tank so you don’t have to constantly fill it. The design is great so that you can hang shirts/dresses from it, as well as pants/skirts and set the height wherever you need it.

This steamer works amazingly and so fast, can hang the item on the hanger and quickly take every wrinkle out. Super easy to use and has wheels so it can easily be moved around. I have enjoyed this steamer and what makes it better is my kids like using it too so they are now doing there own clothing.

I've used a handheld one before but it just squirted out water with steam & still took forever. My husband just got some brand new dress shirts for work & I was able to steam 3 extremely wrinkled, out of the package dress shirts & pair of my sons jeans in less than 10 minutes with ease. To the point where my husband was shocked too because every time we've tried to iron dress shirts it takes forever. I'm officially done with using an iron that causes more wrinkles & takes forever on a small ironing board. Putting it together was a piece of cake too.

Once I was able to navigate the user manual, I was able to set up the steamer. Set up was pretty easy and pretty quick and getting started was a breeze. You literally just add water to the tank, then plug it in and start it up. It's that simple. It doesn't take long for the water to get to the right temperature and the steam flows very smoothly. The telescopic pole and hanger are both very helpful with holding my fabric tight and at the right height, making it so much easier to get the wrinkles out. This is my first steamer, so I really have nothing to compare this to, however, I really like this steamer as it is easy to set up, simple to use and it gives me good results.

From setting up the ironing board,waiting for the iron to heat, etc. It is read in seconds, and makes my clothing look like I took them to the dry cleaner.
