I ordered another cheaper brand and it was just that cheap and leaked. This steamer is so much better quality. Although, I have not used it yet the steamer is built better. The hangers lock into place. I love the foot power on feature. It’s tall enough that I don’t have to worry about long dresses dragging in the floor. It stores well. There is a Warrenty. I can’t wait to use it.

It's very easy to use and doesn't take long at all to set up! It took maybe two minutes of steaming for my shirt to be wrinkle free! Absolutely love it and would definitely recommend!

It gets hot and it is ready to use very quickly. It is sturdy and well made from durable material. You can hang your clothes on the holder and steam it so easily and the outcome is perfect, clothes looks flat and just perfect as it would be done professionaly. My husband and I using this steamer almost daily and honestly we will never use iron ever again. This is way too quicker and easier than ironing your clothes. We are very happy and definitely recommend this steamer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steamer works really well, I appreciate that it's an easy foot petal on/off button. It steams wrinkles out of closes effortlessly and extremely fast. The only concern is it takes me a few trys to rethread the cap on the tank after refilling it. That could be my error but it doesn't seem to thread properly and I spend more time trying to get the cap on than I should. Other than that, it's a nice steamer, I like the hanging options for your garments and it's easy to adjust and being on wheels is also a nice feature, however, it could have a longer cord, but I guess that's preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The X3 Commercial Garment Steamer comes with instructions that are easy to follow with pictures. I had no problem setting it up. I like the T-pole that you pull up to the height you want your clothes to be at to steam, plus it comes with a hanger for pants. The steam comes out in a strong even line and doesn't leave water marks on my shirts. Once I'm done, I can easily close up the arms and the pole is pushed down to the water tank which I can then easily store in my closet. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an easy way to take out wrinkles on their clothes.

I was able to do my daughter's graduation gown that arrived with lots of wrinkles and creases. I also did her delicate dress without causing any damage. It worked really well the wrinkles fell right out effortlessly. I love being able to hang items up on the unit. The water tank holds plenty of water to do big jobs without needing to refill. It's ready to use quickly and is easy to control with the foot petal. It's plenty powerful freshen up items to get out stubborn wrinkles out. It worked really well on my drapes! It's heavy duty, made nicely, and built to last.

I bought my steamer a year ago and it was working very well for my commercial setting, I ended up needing a replacement at one point and the company did such a great job at helping and taking care of our replacement. I appreciate solid customer service :)

Not only can you use for your clothes but I found it great to do my curtains after I washed them which is so much easier than ironing them. Also did my table runners.
