The easy on and off petal makes everything really straightforward. It feels very durable and sturdy as well. I love that it has wheels as well, which makes it easy to move around. It fits a lot of water in the container as well, which is great so you don’t have to refill as often. I love the hanger and pants hanger included as well. The hanger part rotates 360 degrees, which is very convenient. I tried it with a black button up shirt and it got the wrinkles out perfectly. Overall, I definitely recommend this product. With 1800 watts of power it delivers 90 minutes of continuous steam to remove wrinkles from various fabrics. The steamer also has a spacious 2.9L tank that provides up to 10 minutes of steaming time per fill. I’ve never been good at putting things together but this was so easy to set up that I was able to assemble it just by looking at the photo. The directions are pretty straightforward which is a plus because I dislike using anything complicated. It's very lightweight and the wheels make it very easy for me to move it to a convenient location where I had ample space to use it. I began by filling the water tank with distilled water, plugging it in and that’s it; I’m good to go. It has a hanger that you attach to the top part of the steamer. I decided to steam a couple of skirts that were pretty wrinkled and attaching them to the hanger is a breeze. I love that the handle is a large size so it’s easy to hold and move around. The only thing I disliked was that as I was trying to steam my skirts the clips on the hanger kept moving inward and I had to keep pulling them outward. An easy fix. As you can see in my video it did a pretty decent job of removing the wrinkles from my skirt. The compact size makes it travel friendly and since it’s lightweight it’s easy to carry and load in my vehicle. It is a bit pricey and personally I wouldn’t spend that much money on a steamer since there are cheaper options.

It’s so easy to use and the extra large tank allows me to steam all my garments all at once without re-filling! I love the multiple options of hanging the garment for steaming. I also love that you can adjust the height on the garment stand. The tank has wheels which makes it easy to move around. This is by far the best Garment steamer I’ve ever used and it will be the only one I’ll use!!! The quality is amazing and the steaming power is superb, it left all my garments look like they just came from being professionally pressed all in the convenient of my own home with this amazing steamer. It’s very easy to use and doesn’t take long at all to set up! It took maybe two minutes of steaming for my shirt to be wrinkle free! Absolutely love it and would definitely recommend!

The hose is very sturdy and thick. Easy to grip and handle. There's an easy on button. The best part is it takes 50 seconds to heat up!! It does take 30 minutes to cool down to put away. It also has wheels to easily move it to wherever

This is a replacement for my household Rowenta steamer. I use it daily. I seams a lot safer than my previous steamer where the steamer holder was nearly as secure/stable. I appreciate that I sustained a horrible steam burn that gave me severe burn even through a thick robe. It works really well!

I needed a dependable steamer for my suits, and the True & Tidy SX3 does the job really well. It heats up quickly, puts out a strong and consistent flow of steam, and easily handles multiple garments without having to refill the tank. I like that it has different steam settings, which makes it safe to use on delicate fabrics as well as heavier wool suits. The foot pedal and large water tank make it simple and convenient to use, and I’ve had no issues with spitting water or leaving marks on my clothes. Overall, it’s sturdy, easy to maneuver, and exactly what I was looking for to keep my suits looking sharp. Definitely worth it if you want a reliable steamer for dress clothes.

I bought my steamer a year ago and it was working very well for my commercial setting, I ended up needing a replacement at one point and the company did such a great job at helping and taking care of our replacement. I appreciate solid customer service :)

This has made my steaming so much easier!!! I used to use a hand-held one which was difficult when steaming a lot of clothes. I would have given it 5 stars, but nocking it down one star because you have to put the entire machine on top of a counter to empty the water in the reserve.
