Amazing machine. It’s extremely easy to use which is the main reason I love it. The reason for 3 stars is due to the portafilter funnel. Unfortunately the plastic has chipped in 2 places & I’ve only had it for a few weeks now. For the price of the machine I would expect the parts to be super high quality. But again, other than that issue, machine is amazing.

Grounds everywhere, I've tried doing a quad shot 3 times, I go by the recommended grind amount and every single time grounds are everywhere before I pull it out. I've tried googling, and can't find a solution. Also impossible to reach anyone via chat or phone

But this thing? I love it so much that I actually went back through my emails just to find the one Ninja sent me asking for a review. That’s how much I love it.Trust me, you won’t regret getting this. It does everything you could want for coffee. It might not be barista-level, but hey, I’m not a barista—I just want great coffee at home, and this thing makes it so easy. It walks you through everything, comes with everything you need, and even stores all the tools right in the machine. Super handy!Honestly, Ninja, you’ve outdone yourself. I’m obsessed with this thing.

So far I am loving this machine. The Classic Coffee Drip is good, the espresso comes out perfect. I have owned several Espresso machines and without understanding the mathematics behind it, I never did get a good tasting shot. I am very happy with this purchase. I drink regular coffee, lattes and iced coffees and this provides all with great taste.
