It's easy to use, looks great in my kitchen, and makes my morning coffee routine much more enjoyable. The water reservoir is large enough for multiple drinks, which adds to the ease of use during busy mornings. The machine itself is user-friendly even for beginners and ensures the beans are ground to the appropriate coarseness for the perfect espresso pull. The best part is that it can also do drip coffee and cold brew! The milk frother works effortlessly with both dairy and non-dairy milk, able to do everything from steamed milk to cold foam.

It does take some playing around with and learning curve to it, but you'll be brewing coffee like a pro in no time! The noise level isnt loud at all for grinding coffee beans or brewing! Also the packaging was on point, making the machine easy to lift out with bag handles, and just overall packaging of the accessories!

I've had my Luxe Cafe Since October 2024. Use it daily and have essentially eliminated my need to go to coffee shops. I'll upgrade when the next version allows for better bean swapping like what is available on the new Automatic machine and am looking forward to the hot water tap that mine didn't come with. Otherwise, I'm perfectly happy with my ability to make lattes, iced lattes, regular drip coffee . No issues, no leaks, no problems.

Bought a few weeks ago and very easy to understand been using for a solid week. Love making over iced coffee with cold foam topped off in it. Feels like I'm getting Starbucks or small cafe coffee feel totally worth it. This was my first expresso machine.

It was very easy to set up and use. It also comes with a water hardness testing kit and descaling supplies. I absolutely love it already.

But there was a QR code that took you to a step-by-step video of how to set it up and make your 1st cup of coffee and it was a lot easier than I ever imagined. I've always wanted an espresso machine, but didn't know much about the art of espresso making so this ninja Lux Café Premier espresso machine was perfect for the beginner like me but high-quality results. I also love the hands-free frother because I could never get a perfect froth for a cappuccino or latte, but now it's easy as a push of a button. I also love the colors and options I gave you because it fits in perfect with my aesthetic. Definitely recommend for beginners and coffee pros alike.

I love this machine. Unfortunately it's my second one. Within two months of buying the first one it cracked out, but the warranty replacement process could not have been easier. It was a brief phone call, that turned into a Zoom to go through the process to see if we could fix it. When the operator determined it couldn't I had a new one in five days
