January of 24. I purchased one of these. it worked until the summer and then it was stored. in January of 25. it failed and I bought a second one... here I am in December of 25 and this second one has failed... stay away.. Sam's does not refund even if you're unhappy with the broken unit you've purchased twice.

I was very happy with this heater when i first purchased it. It puts off an incredible amount of heat, and i love the little table. It's perfect for standing outside while the dogs are out. HOWEVER, i am disappointed in the build quality. I'm about 4-5 months into using this heater, and the shield on top and all of the hardware that secures it has begun to rust and corrode. I don't see anyone else mentioning this so I'm not sure why mine was the lucky one, but buyer beware. Sam's club provided me with a 10 dollar credit but I'm not sure it really answers the problem at hand. The hardware holding this together is cheap and is destined to fail, so be ready. Also something worth noting, i've probably used this a total of 6 full hours of run time, so I wouldn't say this is high use either.

Patio Heater hasn’t been taken out of the box yet. Purchased it when I did because the price was right. It was a marked down item.

They look very nice. We bought two of them . One for our daughter and family and one for our son and family.

Great item. Easy to assemble. Puts off just enough heat in our covered deck without causing damage concern.

The product was fair price, as pictured, and came with extra’s including a cover for the top!! We love the light on the stand!! 💯 satisfied with product and delivery

The Member's Mark Bronze Patio Heater with LED Table Model # PG188HS was fairly simple to assemble as long as you have a small socket set and adjustable pliers ready. Be warned, there is a blue protective plastic that has been melded to all six pieces of the top reflector to protect it from shipping damage. This blue stuff is hard to peel and will take a while so task your 9 yo and up children, if you have them, to work on this while you assemble. The heating this unit does along with the lighted table get a good solid 4.5 stars. The 1 star rating is due to the so-called stainless steel metal located at the top where the heat is generated. The next day, after just one night of use, it was covered in a light-red powdery haze of rust and looked terrible. If you see the words: "stainless steel" and the words: "manufactured in china" all in the same unit, it very likely isn't the "real" stainless steel you're hoping for. If only they had used some form of real stainless steel, this would have been a 5 star review...I would have paid $10 more for it also.

Had a big back yard party planned, major cold front blew in three days prior! Too much invested to cancel so the hunt began for a solution. Saw this patio heater on sale at my local Sam's Club. Purchased two in desperation. Best decision ever! They were easy to put together, looked great and along with a gas fire pit, kept a large back yard & patio warm enough so we could celebrate, have fun and not all freeze to death. The lighted moveable table is a nice added touch. Several people commented on how much they liked them and inquired on where to purchase. My only complaint is the included cover. It only coves the top. I am now going to purchase a full size covering cover for storage purposes.

Purchased this for our screened porch. It's the perfect size, generates a decent amount of heat and the bronze/brown finish looks nice. There was minor damage to the base once we unpacked it. It doesn't appear to be shipping damage since the box and packing was not damaged so I assume the damage came from the factory. Also one of the spacer bars on the top which separates the top shield from the heating element has a loose connection on it's base and wobbles. However, it all seems to work fine and the damage is not significant enough for me to want to pursue a return and then wait for another package to be shipped. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase but I do think the quality control component of the seller needs to beef up their operations since several people on this site have noted damage upon arrival.

I bought this product assembled it and it ran for about 2 minutes. The heater shut off, I reatarted it and again, it ran for about 1-2 minutes. This repeated for about 10 times. I have new propane (swapped tanks just to be sure.) i returned the product to Sam's Club and started over with a new unit. The same problem occured with the new unit. Very upset! This was an attractive product at a good price, but severely disappointed!!
