Customer reviews for KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine, Brushed Stainless Steel forawesome but i can’t get it to work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of it but mine didn’t come with the milk tank, it’s very nice quality and i could see myself really enjoying it but i also haven’t gotten it to work. cleaning process isn’t too strenuous but it’s definitely got a few different compartments you have to make sure to clean, it’s a lot bigger than i was expecting. The noise level is minimal but nothing more than the usual sound like a kurig. I’ll have to trouble shoot it some more to see if i can get it figured out.
Game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine has been a game changer for my family. We use this multiple times in the day. The multiple functions and settings you can use is amazing. The fact that you can set a user info… example set your favorite drinks on your own profile saves you so much time. Every feature on this is fantastic!!!! The only thing that is annoying but doesn’t change my mind on how much I love this machine is that it uses a lot of water. When you start the machine it does a rinse cycle and when you shut it off it does as well. That’s the only thing I’m not a fan of but I get why they do it. I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know.
Need the milk tank to get the full experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is quiet and easy to clean. My husband says the espresso tastes watered down, but I don't agree, it boils down to personal preference. I do have a coffee maker and when comparing the two machines, this espresso makes a great cup of coffee. This thing is very bulky so I put my regular coffee maker away. In my opinion, this machine wastes a lot of water for a single cup of coffee, it rinses before AND after use. Another con is, if you don't buy the milk tank, this machine can't make the drinks that require milk, so you're not getting the full experience. Lastly, when I was cleaning the drip tray, the latch broke off, thus making the whole machine unusable because it thinks there is no drip tray without the little piece that broke off. Watch the video attached for clarification.
It changed my life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful high quality machine. I use it daily to make my coffee. I love the versatility and the options it gives you. You can even make your own creations! Super quiet, makes less noise than a drip machine which is surprising because it's literally grinding the beans. I love this and I recommend it to anyone who can afford to get one.
You wont be disappointed.

Coffee at your fingertips
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had to share my review of the Fully Automatic Espresso Machine KF6 with you. It's seriously amazing! The automatic milk frothing feature is a dream come true, giving you that perfect creamy foam every time. Just fill up your cup with whatever type of milk you desire, attach the frothing hose, and let the machine do the rest. And you know what's really cool? The bean swapping is made super simple, making it a breeze to switch up your coffee selection. But here's the best part: the auto purge feature ensures that your coffee's taste isn't compromised by any leftover grounds. It automatically clears out the remaining beans in the grinder between batches. Talk about attention to detail! Oh, and let's not forget about the "Clean Me" indicator light. It's like having a cleaning reminder right at your fingertips! Plus, you can even program it based on the water hardness level. How convenient is that? The built-in grinder is a dream come true. It produces the ideal volume and consistency for every drink selection, making your coffee-making process a breeze. And with the easy-to-use touch screen, you can create 15 different recipe options. It's like having a barista right in your kitchen! Not to mention with its sleek and stylish design, it's visually appealing and looks great on any countertop. Now, I have to be honest, it can be a little loud at startup and during certain processes. But trust me, the ease of use and lightning-fast drink-making capabilities more than make up for it. So if you're looking for a super easy-to-use espresso machine that makes drinks in a flash, this is the one for you! Cheers to delicious coffee!
I’m obsessed with this machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this espresso machine. I have a different one but this product is excellent. Easy features to follow, instructions are very clear. Easy cleanup. Doable with ground or beans coffee. Lots of options to choose from. Didn’t come with milk tank but I made my own reservoir. Coffee tastes so good. Highly recommended to others for sure.
Beginner Approved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looked a bit intimidating at first, but it’s actually very easy for a first time user. KitchenAid is a very good brand and I can tell this is what I would expect using this machine. You are able to purchase a debatable milk tank that can be hooked to the milk hose. I will tell you my cappuccino was perfect! I loved that I was able to make it with a double shot and program to make it easier the next time I have one. You are able to program up to four people/ or up to four different drinks that you like. The machine promos you to add more coffee grounds when needed and to empty the drip tray. Cleaning the milk hose I do more two to three times. Filling the water tank is very easy. I would definitely recommend this to someone that likes coffee and wants it whenever without leaving the house.
Where does the brewed coffee grounds end up?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine Model KF6 brews a fantastic cup of various coffee drinks. There is a screen listing the types of coffee drinks where you choose the coffee drink type, the strength, heat, and water or milk level. Once you check ✅ and press the start button ➡️ your drink will brew to your specifications. You may save your drink in one of four programmed entries. THE KF6 model saves it labeled one through four. (Other models iKF7 and KF8 can be saved by named profiles). There is a slide button to adjust the grind. It is simple to use. The water tank is easy to put in the filter and add water for coffee drinks and rising parts. The build quality of the KF6 is quite impressive, large, and heavy. It is stainless steel and boy do the finger prints show. Perhaps too large for small apartments unless you have loads of counter space. One issue that I had was that the sliding mechanism fell off. This button allows you to adjust the height for cup size. (See attached picture of slide and where it belongs). Considering the cost of this machine, I didn't expect anything to break after four uses. The machine comes with a quick start guide, an in-depth guide, and recipe booklet. The guides/booklet are in English, French, and Spanish and are straight forward. However, I think they omitted an important detail. No where does it show or mention how to get the coffee grounds out of the machine. There isn't a label or numbered section for how you get your coffee grounds out. The closest label is the drip tray. It does not tell you that you need to pull out a tray at the bottom of the machine right above the drip tray. I kept reading the directions; however, I couldn't find how or where the coffee grounds end up. (Please note the picture of the tray pulled out). Even my guy who got the KF6 espresso machine out of the box (it is big and freaking heavy) he couldn't figure out where the coffee grounds end up. Special note for drinks you need heated milk, with the KF6 a milk tank is not included. I used a measuring cup and placed the hose inside. I made several yummy Macchiato and Cappuccino drinks (see attached pics). I just wish that the milk tank was included. Basic cleaning works well as you can follow the directions on the display. The machine does rinse itself out as you start and end each coffee making. After several brews, the machine tells you to set the process up to clean. You can follow the prompts on the display. As to the point of where the grounds go, the water goes to the same place - the bottom sliding tray (see attached pics). The KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine does make fantastic coffee drinks. I have enjoyed making the drinks and using the recipe booklet. I'm glad that Infuenster sent me this to review. I thank them kindly.
Lukewarm at best
We just received our new KF6 in stainless steel. We like the selection and customization options. However, you cannot fit a large mug or travel mug below the dispenser. Our biggest disappointment is that the drinks come out warm, not hot, even when we select "high" for the temperature. In order to have a hot drink, we have to microwave our drinks after they dispense. They do taste great, but coffee should be hot, not lukewarm!
