The interior is very well designed, making it easy to organize everything without feeling cramped. The large produce drawers hold plenty of fruits and vegetables and help keep them organized. I also appreciate the roomy door bins, especially being able to store gallon jugs of milk on the door, which frees up shelf space. The freezer has more than enough room for my family's needs, with shelves and compartments that make it easy to find what I'm looking for. One of our favorite features is the Sphere Ice™. It's fun, looks great in drinks, and has been a big hit with the whole family. The external water and ice dispenser is also convenient and easy to use. We loved the look and features of this model especially the sphere ice. Wow is all I can say about the ice. It makes a great amount in such a short time on top of having standard cubed and crushed was a big upgrade. The capacity is amazing 27 cu ft with plenty of room for everything. The style is very industrial and gorgeous. I was nervous it wouldn't match our other appliances and cabinets but it makes our kitchen pop more now. The external water and ice dispenser work flawlessly and the Smart Things app has added to the benefits of this fridge. I can control how much ice and utilize AI features to help save energy as well as make the fridge perform its optimal best. The cooling of the fridge and freezer has maintained a perfect level where we feel our food is better preserved so no worries about spoilage.

First of all, the 2 side by side doors are my favorite because I can finally see what's in my freezer and I can stock up for the week since the freezer is very spacious, and another feature I loved is the sphere ice! I like that I can control in the app the amount of spheres I want per day and they keep my drink cooler without making them watery. I also love the water and ice dispenser which has 2 different modes. The fridge section is also very spacious, I was able to store my drinks and dressings in the door for an easier access. The veggie tray is enormous which allows me to beget my veggies and fruits for the week. The last thing I loved is the AI app feature which allows me to control the temperature, energy saver mode, door alarm, ice dispenser and more options in the app! Definitely super easy and convenient. So far I'm so happy with the performance of my fridge, it was an amazing upgrade for us.

This side by side refrigerator is great! I cannot say enough good things about it. It has all good features and then some. I can have more than 1 type of ice on demand and of course cold water. The refrigerator interior as well as freezer interior are both so spacious you definitely don't have to worry about storage room. Oh! The 2nd shelf down can pull out and slide under the back in case you have something tall to place on the 3rd shelf down. The refrigerator fits in the space we had really well and looks great! I'll include pictures. There's a big thing I wanted to mention though, and that's the fact that you can use your PHONE to change settings or check it etc. How cool is that? Just use a simple App in your phone. I guess I can say this is just another reason why we've always stuck with Samsung. You can never go wrong with good quality brands with good quality products, and that's what you get when you get from Samsung.

This is a very quiet fridge, except when the spheres drop - understandably! You can barely hear them. Super happy with this purchase! The only thing I would add is options to change shelving height.

Corrosion develops as the Texas humidity nestled in the perfect bacteria brewing temperature between the inside and out. The only thing crisping isn't the ergonomics.
