The side-by-side allows for us to see everything in the refrigerator easily. This is the first side-by-side I've used and I love it! It keeps everything fresh and cold. It has plenty of space in the doors for drinks and condiments. It makes cubed, sphere, and crushed ice. My favorite thing is the sphere ice and it makes half spheres as well. It stays frozen for a long time and keeps drinks cold for way longer than regular ice. I can control temperature and use AI energy via the SmartThings app. I love that. It sends an alert to your phone if the door is left open and you can order water filters through the app as well. Overall, this is the best refrigerator I've owned and I highly recommend it!

I was worried that it might be too narrow on each side compared to the old fashioned style, but I was impressed with how spacious and deep it is! It is quite wide and there are plenty of door shelves for every sauce, condiment, or other smaller food item. There is a thermometer and digital screen on the inside of the refrigerator section too. This lets me know that the freezer and fridge are cold enough and it's easy to change the settings. Now for the ice, it takes a while for the machine to make the sphere ice but that is normal. There is also crushed ice and cubes to choose from. After about a day and a half it really gets going. Another feature at this refrigerator model has is the energy saving mode that you can control on the app. I am not interested in this right now since it's so hot lately, but I could adjust the fridge temperature through the app to save some money and energy. Finally, the temperature controlled is balanced throughout the whole interior. I have had ice spots on things deep in the back of the fridge before so this is quite a deal to not have to worry about that. Overall, I do recommend this model of refrigerator!

First of all, the 2 side by side doors are my favorite because I can finally see what’s in my freezer and I can stock up for the week since the freezer is very spacious, and another feature I loved is the sphere ice! I like that I can control in the app the amount of spheres I want per day and they keep my drink cooler without making them watery. I also love the water and ice dispenser which has 2 different modes. The fridge section is also very spacious, I was able to store my drinks and dressings in the door for an easier access. The veggie tray is enormous which allows me to beget my veggies and fruits for the week. The last thing I loved is the AI app feature which allows me to control the temperature, energy saver mode, door alarm, ice dispenser and more options in the app! Definitely super easy and convenient. So far I’m so happy with the performance of my fridge, it was an amazing upgrade for us.

We have purchased many appliances over the years and we always end up falling in love with the newest Samsung products! When I am making appliance purchases I read almost every review out there. I like to be well informed on any pros or cons! I’m happy to say with this side by side Samsung Bespoke there really isn’t any cons! It makes amazing sphere ice that keeps drinks cooler and fresher longer, it of course also has cubed/crushed ice options on the front dispenser. The doors themselves are easy to open so you won’t have to struggle tugging on them. The shelves are all adjustable so it’s perfect for your fridge and freezer food needs. I especially love the extra deep drawer in the refrigerator because we always have so many sandwich meats, cheeses and veggies I like to throw inside. Plenty of height in the door compartments for milk, juices and other tall containers. All in all it’s a beautiful well thought out appliance and I wouldn’t hesitate on purchasing this refrigerator if you are looking for a quality appliance that looks sleek and will last you many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge roomy and very attractive. It had a beautiful finger-print resistant stainless finish and a minimalist exterior that I love. The ice and water dispenser is great- it’s tall enough for a large Stanley-type cup and I really like the little sealer square ice cubes. I also really love the sphere ice! It will only make a few at a time, but they are very dense and slow-melting. Perfect for cocktails or iced coffee. It does take up quite a bit space in the freezer, however. The fridge is roomy, and it’s easy to see everything inside. The door shelves are huge! They hold gallon milk jugs with ease. The only thing that’s holding me back from giving 5 stars is that the shelves are not adjustable, which i find very strange and inconvenient.
