I was worried that it might be too narrow on each side compared to the old fashioned style, but I was impressed with how spacious and deep it is! It is quite wide and there are plenty of door shelves for every sauce, condiment, or other smaller food item. There is a thermometer and digital screen on the inside of the refrigerator section too. This lets me know that the freezer and fridge are cold enough and it's easy to change the settings. Now for the ice, it takes a while for the machine to make the sphere ice but that is normal. There is also crushed ice and cubes to choose from. After about a day and a half it really gets going. Another feature at this refrigerator model has is the energy saving mode that you can control on the app. I am not interested in this right now since it's so hot lately, but I could adjust the fridge temperature through the app to save some money and energy. Finally, the temperature controlled is balanced throughout the whole interior. I have had ice spots on things deep in the back of the fridge before so this is quite a deal to not have to worry about that. Overall, I do recommend this model of refrigerator!

The spacious interior makes it easy to organize and keep everything in order. I really like the external water and ice dispenser because it is very convenient and I don’t need to open the refrigerator door many times. The door shelves have plenty of space and can hold many different products, which is very useful. The design is modern and looks great in my kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a French door style fridge to a side by side. I was afraid there would be alot less room, but I was wrong. The fridge side has alot more space than I imagined. The fridge is also alot smaller and make the kitchen look bigger.

When our 10 year old 24 cu ft Maytag fridge died because of faulty compressor and we lost all our food, we had to go with a Samsung side by side. We loved the look and features of this model especially the sphere ice. Wow is all I can say about the ice. It makes a great amount in such a short time on top of having standard cubed and crushed was a big upgrade. The capacity is amazing 27 cu ft with plenty of room for everything. The style is very industrial and gorgeous. I was nervous it wouldn’t match our other appliances and cabinets but it makes our kitchen pop more now. The external water and ice dispenser work flawlessly and the Smart Things app has added to the benefits of this fridge. I can control how much ice and utilize AI features to help save energy as well as make the fridge perform its optimal best. The cooling of the fridge and freezer has maintained a perfect level where we feel our food is better preserved so no worries about spoilage.

Dispenser is tall enough for Stanley drinking cup, however they missed having a light to see when glass is full! The big ball ice cubes are great. You get full control of making 3,6,9 balls per day when you use the SmartThings app. It is easy to organize food and makes it easy to find and retrieve items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty refrigerator and I love that it can be controlled with the app. I have a few cons at this point: 1. I am constantly wiping it down because fingerprints are VERY visible. 2. The bottom of the doors are somewhat low to the ground, so there is the possibility of scraping the top of your foot when opening if you're not careful. 3. The shelves in the freezer are not really adjustable. As an FYI because it wasn't easy to find in the manual: It takes I think 24 hours or so for the first time the ice spheres to be made. Overall, I don't regret the purchase right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doors don't adhere as well as I'd like. If it were consistency with anything, it would be that. Corrosion develops as the Texas humidity nestled in the perfect bacteria brewing temperature between the inside and out. The only thing crisping isn't the ergonomics.

I made the mistake of purchasing this refrigerator, only to find out that it does NOT come with a lighted water/ice dispenser. It's an inexpensive feature that most consumers would gladly pay for if given the option by Samsung. I've purchased many Samsung products in the past and Samsung may have lost me as a customer.
