[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am so happy to be upgrading to a bigger fridge. there is a ton of space in it - the door shelves are very spacious, and the drawers are huge. i am able to fit all my usual groceries, three tiered cakes in domes, prepped food, etc without it feeling too crammed. the front is fingerprint resistant which keeps me from having to clean it every single day. it looks high end. i love that it displays the temperature so i know my food is always a safe temperature. after delivery, it reached safe temperatures pretty quickly with the power cool settings. i love that it has the ice and water dispenser so i don’t have to use any extra space for that. the shelves and drawers all feel very sturdy. set up was very easy, connecting to wifi was easy. fridge is much quieter than my old fridge as well. no complaints, very happy with the purchase.

I thought that it would be a hard adjustment for me since I was used to the one I had. That is not the case. This refrigerator is extremely spacious. It is bigger than my old one on both the refrigerator and the freezer. The added bonus is that the temperature is adjustable on the Samsung Smart Things app. I think that's pretty neat. I am not a technical person at all, but my niece has shown me a lot over the past 6 years. Apps are one of them. This refrigerator being connected to a phone is something I have never heard of before. I do like it though. It's easy to keep up with the settings this way. I love the sphere ice maker and the external water and ice dispensers. That is something my old refrigerator had, but they didn't work well. These work like a charm. I also like that the stainless steel is fingerprint resistant. My niece has 4 grandchildren that visit her often. One stays with her a lot and the first thing they do is touch everything in the house, including the appliances. With this refrigerator, I don't have to worry about fingerprints. The shelves and drawers are removeable and are easy to clean. They have little arrows on them to show that the back goes to the back side. I didn't realize that my old freezer wasn't getting very cold until this new freezer froze everything properly. The ice cream was so frozen that I could barely get it out of the tub. All in all I really like this refrigerator. One feature that I think is great is the way the refrigerator works with the Samsung Smart Things App. Once paired with the Smart Things App, I was able to adjust the settings from my smartphone. The temperature, the ice maker, the AI temperature, can all be controlled from the slide of a finger in the app. It's a great feature that I really like.

The adjustable shelf that slides in gives you options for taller bigger bulk items. Lots of door space for condiments and etc. Ice machine makes ice pretty fast and the whiskey balls are great for cocktails. I also liked the sleek look without door handles on the front. All around a great upgrade from our older fridge. Temperature settings are easy to change and the fridge/freezer boost setting helps when have to load groceries and cool or freeze them faster.

There's lots of shelf and door space. The drawers are very sturdy. My kids said they were much easier to open and close compared to our old one. I really like the adjustable shelf to accommodate taller items. It would be awesome if it had more adjustable shelves. The external ice/water dispenser was a must for us and so far it's been working great! We are also enjoy having the option of 4 different types of ice. It makes spheres, half spheres, cubed, and crushed ice. Preferences and settings can be managed easily through the SmartThings app. You can also monitor and adjust the refrigerator power usage through the app with Ai energy! Lots of features that work for our family.

This is a very quiet fridge, except when the spheres drop - understandably! You can barely hear them. Super happy with this purchase! The only thing I would add is options to change shelving height.

When our 10 year old 24 cu ft Maytag fridge died because of faulty compressor and we lost all our food, we had to go with a Samsung side by side. We loved the look and features of this model especially the sphere ice. Wow is all I can say about the ice. It makes a great amount in such a short time on top of having standard cubed and crushed was a big upgrade. The capacity is amazing 27 cu ft with plenty of room for everything. The style is very industrial and gorgeous. I was nervous it wouldn't match our other appliances and cabinets but it makes our kitchen pop more now. The external water and ice dispenser work flawlessly and the Smart Things app has added to the benefits of this fridge. I can control how much ice and utilize AI features to help save energy as well as make the fridge perform its optimal best. The cooling of the fridge and freezer has maintained a perfect level where we feel our food is better preserved so no worries about spoilage.

It's a okay product until it breaks down the motherboard is located in the refrigerator and it goes bad if the refrigerator over cools freezing the motherboard bad design......
