Appliance Delivery 1, Basic Installation 2, and Haul-Away 3 Information for Refrigerators, Washers, Electric Dryers, and Electric Ranges

The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
  • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

Samsung High Tech Smart Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I wanted to update our kitchen appliances and it was a no brainer that we were staying with Samsung. This side by side refrigerator is great! I cannot say enough good things about it. It has all good features and then some. I can have more than 1 type of ice on demand and of course cold water. The refrigerator interior as well as freezer interior are both so spacious you definitely don't have to worry about storage room. Oh! The 2nd shelf down can pull out and slide under the back in case you have something tall to place on the 3rd shelf down. The refrigerator fits in the space we had really well and looks great! I'll include pictures. There's a big thing I wanted to mention though, and that's the fact that you can use your PHONE to change settings or check it etc. How cool is that? Just use a simple App in your phone. I guess I can say this is just another reason why we've always stuck with Samsung. You can never go wrong with good quality brands with good quality products, and that's what you get when you get from Samsung.

Perfect Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator meets all my families needs. It has a nice, sleek design. It's spacious and easy to organize. It holds so much food. The side-by-side allows for us to see everything in the refrigerator easily. This is the first side-by-side I've used and I love it! It keeps everything fresh and cold. It has plenty of space in the doors for drinks and condiments. It makes cubed, sphere, and crushed ice. My favorite thing is the sphere ice and it makes half spheres as well. It stays frozen for a long time and keeps drinks cold for way longer than regular ice. I can control temperature and use AI energy via the SmartThings app. I love that. It sends an alert to your phone if the door is left open and you can order water filters through the app as well. Overall, this is the best refrigerator I've owned and I highly recommend it!

Five-Star Refrigerator with Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Samsung RS70H27SDRAA refrigerator for a while now, and I’m really happy with it. Before buying it, I spent a lot of time comparing different models because I wanted something that was spacious, reliable, and looked good in my kitchen. It’s turned out to be a great choice. The first thing I noticed was how much room it has. I can fit a full grocery shop without having to shuffle everything around to make it fit. The side-by-side layout makes it easy to keep everything organized, and I can actually see what I have instead of finding things hidden in the back weeks later. One feature I didn’t think I’d love as much as I do is the sphere ice. The larger round ice melts much more slowly than regular cubes, so my drinks stay cold longer without getting watered down as quickly. We usually have friends or family over, and it’s always a nice touch when I’m serving drinks. People actually comment on it because it’s not something you see in every refrigerator, and it makes everything feel a little more special. The water and ice dispenser also gets used every single day. Having cold, filtered water whenever I want it is really convenient, and the ice maker has had no trouble keeping up. I’ve also been impressed with how well it keeps food fresh. My fruits and vegetables last longer than they did in my old refrigerator, and everything stays at a consistent temperature.
