After retiring, we moved into a space that was ½ of our old house. We were looking for something stackable and with smart technology. This did not disappoint. The stacking kit create a link between the washer and dryer so you only have to use the washer touch screen. Everything is connected to the "Smart Things" app, which I thought was "cute" but who would use it? Well we do! No more forgotten loads, messages when cycles are done on our smart watches. We love the feedback on water usage and have learned to optimize our loads. As far as cycles go, we tried a few, but the the AI sensors does a way better job of picking the correct cycle. There are only 2 of us, so we find there is more capacity than we need. for some reason it takes 50% less time per load than our old machines. Highly recommended

Each unit size is approximately 27 x 34 x 38 inches, slightly deeper than the previous model. One can stack the units together or place them side by side. Loading the clothes is easy, thanks to the wide-open door, which also opens automatically when the washing cycle is complete. The LED light is convenient as it turns on when the door is open. First, you need to complete the registration process, which includes setting up Wi-Fi and logging in to your Samsung account. It supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz networks. Samsung collaborated with TIDE. The menus on the display area can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the AI OptiWash+ or AI wash modes help alleviate confusion. Selecting one of these modes provides access to more detailed settings and options. Mix different clothes if they are made of similar materials. The system will display the wash cycle and operation time. It's a simple thing, but it's an essential and convenient function—no need to go to the laundry room to check each time. AI bubble and stream wash options are available as needed. Improvements to the “SmartThings App” now let you control most key functions directly from your phone, reducing the guesswork involved in cycle selection. Therefore, our weekly chores are easier. With the advances in AI technology, we are now enjoying it with Samsung appliances. With AI Wash, the unit analyzes the types of clothes and optimizes the cycle(s). The system will update your phone with the actual operating time, based on the type and condition of the laundry. With a busy schedule, it is efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of the new Samsung Bespoke AI washing machine is that it is beautifully crafted. Just looking at the machine, you can feel that it is a high-end appliance and really a statement piece. Setup was a breeze. My home is already setup to run on SmartThings, so connecting the washer to the internet and adding it to my account took no time at all. There is a handy compartment where you can add a hefty amount of both liquid detergent and softener, enough for many loads of laundry. An indicator on the home screen displays how much is remaining so you know when to add more (after 8 loads of laundry so far, I have yet to have to refill anything). It is amazing how much quicker loads are done compared to my last washing machine! This, in and of itself, will save my family of 5 a significant amount of time - especially as we all tend to wait until the weekend to do our laundry. Time will tell if the washing machine has serious longevity (I'm slightly concerned about everything running from a touch screen) but so far so good, and we've been very happy with the purchase! Even my kids have been excited to do their own laundry, which is certainly a win! One thing to note: There are a LOT of options and settings. I am still learning about all of the features of the washer (and dryer). It would have been helpful for Samsung to have included an actual user manual that explains the different settings, what they are, when certain cycles should be used (and why), but unfortunately the only paperwork included with the dryer was a very basic installation guide (and of course all of the safety disclaimers). I am someone who generally reads a product manual from cover to cover when I get something new. This was a miss by Samsung, in my opinion!

It washes extremely clean, and has an option to open the door after the cycle has completed, which is a definite plus. I love the automatic dispensers that will dispense just the right amount of soap. It is quiet as well, which is great! My only improvement would be that if I could customize loads and save those. Otherwise this machine is fantastic! The auto dispensers allow me to use a different detergent than the rest of my family, and have two separate dispenser options. There is also a manual dispenser if need be as well. I do think it's a bit weird that it can connect to youtube and spotify; I'm not sure what the need for that would be. It does an excellent job connecting to the smart things app - I also love that it will notify me when the cycle is complete. We store ours side by side rather than stacked - would definitely recommend!
