[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Washer and Dryer set, a gorgeous modern design in dark steel finish, the only downside is that now I'll have to remodel my laundry room to match the looks. The washer and dryer are incredibly capable, they have a lot of space, and provide a multitude of options to choose from when it comes to customizing the washing and drying, and in case you are unsure, let its AI decide how to better handle the work. The technology is just incredible, a colorful touch screen display, with supports for multiple applications, like Youtube or Spotify to make the wait easier, and also sensors and applications that track your water and energy usage. I'm extremely happy with this acquisition.

It even detects the clothes im washing and monitors soil levels, adjusting detergent or rinse time when needed. The built-in detergent reservoir prevents overuse (a lifesaver in my house since my kids love to overpour!). The sleek design looks amazing, and the SmartThings app lets me check cycle progress even when I’m away from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of the new Samsung Bespoke AI washing machine is that it is beautifully crafted. Just looking at the machine, you can feel that it is a high-end appliance and really a statement piece. Setup was a breeze. My home is already setup to run on SmartThings, so connecting the washer to the internet and adding it to my account took no time at all. There is a handy compartment where you can add a hefty amount of both liquid detergent and softener, enough for many loads of laundry. An indicator on the home screen displays how much is remaining so you know when to add more (after 8 loads of laundry so far, I have yet to have to refill anything). It is amazing how much quicker loads are done compared to my last washing machine! This, in and of itself, will save my family of 5 a significant amount of time - especially as we all tend to wait until the weekend to do our laundry. Time will tell if the washing machine has serious longevity (I'm slightly concerned about everything running from a touch screen) but so far so good, and we've been very happy with the purchase! Even my kids have been excited to do their own laundry, which is certainly a win! One thing to note: There are a LOT of options and settings. I am still learning about all of the features of the washer (and dryer). It would have been helpful for Samsung to have included an actual user manual that explains the different settings, what they are, when certain cycles should be used (and why), but unfortunately the only paperwork included with the dryer was a very basic installation guide (and of course all of the safety disclaimers). I am someone who generally reads a product manual from cover to cover when I get something new. This was a miss by Samsung, in my opinion!

I believe the Samsung Bespoke Washer WF90F53ADSA5 has saved my sanity. It looks super slick—even the kids think it’s cool—but for me, it's all about how it performs. This beast handles everything we throw at it, from the ridiculous amount of sweaty tennis outfits to the endless pile of school clothes and some “Sunday best" dresses. The drum is huge, which means I’m doing far fewer loads, and the cleaning power is legit. Stains that would normally require a pre-soak are just ... gone. Plus, it’s so quiet I can run a load late at night without worrying about waking anyone up. The smart features are a lifesaver. Being able to check the cycle status from my phone while I'm streaming is a huge win. Actually, being able to set up the cycles using my SmartThings app is so simple and easy to do! This has definitely given me bonus “Tech Dad” points! Honestly, the Samsung Bespoke Washer is built to handle the chaos of a busy family. It looks great, it works hard, and it's made my life a whole lot easier.
