I have been using my Samsung Bespoke washer for exactly a year now, and I couldn't be happier. It is simply perfect! What I love the most is the auto-dispenser—not having to measure and add detergent and softener every single time I do laundry is a huge game-changer. Plus, it treats clothes with so much care, has cycles for absolutely everything, and on top of that, the color is gorgeous and adds a lovely touch to the room. After 12 months of continuous use, it works just like the first day. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The app integration makes it easy to check where the cycle is at especially where our laundry room is on the basement level. We have used less electricity since switching from our old washer and it cleans just as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the option that allows the washer to determine the size of the load and how much detergent is needed for it. The one thing I do not like is that sometimes I have trouble turning on the washer making me hit the power button multiple times to turn it on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleased with my washer. I love the presets makes it easier to wash clothes for individuals like me

I've owned this washer for 10 months now, and overall, I am very happy with it. It still looks great, and the cleaning performance is fantastic. However, I do have one major issue regarding vibration. At one point, the machine experienced such extreme vibration during a cycle that the front spring holding the door seal in place completely popped off. Luckily, I was able to fix it myself to prevent water from leaking out of the drum, but it was a frustrating hassle. It's a solid machine, but if you buy it, make sure the leveling legs are perfectly adjusted to keep vibration to a minimum.

Terrible customer experience trying to redeem the Tide Promotion. I'm scared! If Samsung can't honor a promotion I can't even think about the product quality.
