This washer performs excellent. The interface is clean and responsive. Smartthings built in is useful for my other smart home gadgets. I can easily recommend this to anyone looking for a high end washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with the new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke washer & dryer and the dark gray color. It's the fanciest washer & dryer we've ever had but the display is well designed and easy to use. The washing machine has features that weren't on our previous model (by another brand) such as the detergent auto dispenser for running multiple loads and the automatic opening of the door at the end of the cycle so wet laundry doesn't get musty if left inside too long before putting in the dryer. It would be great if a pedestal set was available (we have the set side by side) so we wouldn't have to bend down to get the loads of laundry in and out of the machines.

After a few loads, I could already tell the difference! My clothes come out looking cleaner and not as worn down as they did with my old machine. I love that i can track the progress of the wash from an app. I’ve washed my clothes with the AI customizer and it did a good job. I feel like it gets the clothes at an optimal level of clean that when you toss it in the dryer it doesn’t take as long to dry. All in all a great washer and would recommend.

Washer is great looking and makes the clothes smell fantastic, however the most recent software update broke the ability to press the start button on the washer to start a cycle. Instead I have to initiate a delayed cycle for 1 minute of delay and it will start. Once that happens the start and pause button work normally. They need to release a software update to fix this bug.
