After retiring, we moved into a space that was ½ of our old house. We were looking for something stackable and with smart technology. This did not disappoint. The stacking kit create a link between the washer and dryer so you only have to use the washer touch screen. Everything is connected to the "Smart Things" app, which I thought was "cute" but who would use it? Well we do! No more forgotten loads, messages when cycles are done on our smart watches. We love the feedback on water usage and have learned to optimize our loads. As far as cycles go, we tried a few, but the the AI sensors does a way better job of picking the correct cycle. There are only 2 of us, so we find there is more capacity than we need. for some reason it takes 50% less time per load than our old machines. Highly recommended

The Flex Auto Dispense System is a very unique and thoughtful feature in this washer takes all the human error and accidental over usage of laundry detergent. The app as well as the screen on the washer shows the levels of detergent and softener which is super helpful. 5. I have noticed specialized cycles like Steam Clean which I am going to try soon, and as per the manual will make sure that my family’s clothes are not only clean but also free of allergens. 6. There is an option to “Auto Open Door” and “Drum Clean+”. I am happy to have these features, and I think these are simple touches, but they make a big difference in laundry freshness. Child lock and a well-lit drum are some subtle things that made me feel good and safer while using this washer. 7. These days I am super concerned about long-term savings and the environment, this ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient rating will contribute to savings. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Someone in my household mentioned it was hard to figure out how to use the new washer, until I said, - there is nothing to figure out, you can simply talk to Bixby and ask to set the cycle you want and hit start. They were blown away when they realized they could do that, I was too when I figured it out, and seriously, I don't know how it could get easier than that. You can say Bixby, set the washing cycle to whites and hit start. And that's it. Talking about whites, my white clothes got whiter that ever before after a wash, I don't know what it is but I'm guessing it's because it's truly a smart washer. And of course there is so much more in such a sleak, clean and modern design. You can browse the web, check your security system cameras, watch YouTube, control and review other smart appliances, listen and dance to your favorite Spotify Playlist while you fold your clothes. It's such a smart appliance that it determinantes how much detergent it needs and you don't even have to worry about adding it every time, that doesn't mean you can't still be in control, you can manually set it up as well, so you can spend as much or as little time as you want doing the laundry, the choose is yours. Personally, I'm proud of the choise I made with this washer.

There are a multitude of options already preloaded that you can use to get your clothes nice and clean. There is also the option to pre-load your detergent and your softener so you don’t have to remember to add that every single time. It makes loading and pressing play to get the job done so much faster. It’s also good because I don’t have to tell anyone how much of anything to put in the washing machine does it for me. I also like the technology to have a message sent to my phone that my laundry is finished. If I can’t get to it right away, there is also an option to run a wrinkle reducing cycle that continues to steam my clothes until I have time to get them out of the washing machine. If you are into a lot of options, you can always just use the AI cycle. This option will work to determine how dirty the clothes are and how much time they should actually be in the washing machine to get clean. This is a great catch all for any cycle of any clothes to get the job done. The sleek design looks really nice in my laundry room and I like that there is the option to stock the dryer on top of the washing machine. This is a great space saver. The extra functions such as YouTube and ring doorbell loaded onto the machine, seemed silly at first, but they have actually come in handy. It’s really amazing all of the advanced technology this washing machine comes with. Dishwasher also has a very large capacity. We have been able to fit in a king comforter and a rug at separate times, and the capacity is large enough that each was cleaned very well when we took them out of the washing machine. If you are someone who likes having the bells and whistle and lots of options, this is the washing machine for you!

The washer handles large loads efficiently, which saves me time on laundry days. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and noticeably less wrinkled than with our condo's old washers. The intuitive display is a nice upgrade from using knobs and buttons and instead the well designed LCD control interface is intuitive and easy to use and understand. I also have found the ability to refill detergent and softener and allow the washer to auto dispense saves time when doing multiple loads. I really like that at the end of the cycle the washer door opens slightly so if I run the cycle and forget it for a couple days the tub is vented so that it does not get musty. Finally I like the crisp design and the charcoal color blends well with our cabinets. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new washer to purchase this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly excited to try out the Samsung Bespoke washer because I’m a tech geek at heart and Samsung usually stays ahead of the game. After a few loads, I could already tell the difference! My clothes come out looking cleaner and not as worn down as they did with my old machine. One feature I didn’t even know I’d love so much is how the door pops open if the clothes sit too long. That has saved me from the funky washer smell more than once.

Washer is great looking and makes the clothes smell fantastic, however the most recent software update broke the ability to press the start button on the washer to start a cycle. Instead I have to initiate a delayed cycle for 1 minute of delay and it will start. Once that happens the start and pause button work normally. They need to release a software update to fix this bug.
