[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been extremely pleased with my new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke Washing machine. Installation was super simple. The intuitive display is a nice upgrade from using knobs and buttons and instead the well designed LCD control interface is intuitive and easy to use and understand. I also have found the ability to refill detergent and softener and allow the washer to auto dispense saves time when doing multiple loads. I really like that at the end of the cycle the washer door opens slightly so if I run the cycle and forget it for a couple days the tub is vented so that it does not get musty. Finally I like the crisp design and the charcoal color blends well with our cabinets. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new washer to purchase this model.

I love all the different setting you can choose from and that AI can help make the washer more efficient depending on the type of load. I really enjoy being able to have this hooked up to the Samsung SmartThings app as well. This helps with staying on top of the laundry when it’s completed. Another interesting thing about this washer is being able to load the laundry detergent and softener in so I don’t have to manually add it myself every load. I also like that you can adjust the amount of detergent you want in each load depending on type of load it may be. This is a great product and I enjoy all the options that you can choose from.

What a game changer it is, no more missing socks as now you can actually see inside the washer, and for those that enjoy a show, yes, I'm talking to you, people that love watching your clothes getting washed, yeah, guilty as charged here lol, turn that light on and enjoy! You got bored? Well, how about watching a youtube video on the built-in screen, or maybe just continue watching the washing show with some Spotify music in the background, thanks to the built-in speaker :). You can already tell I'm in love with this washer right? Well, I haven't even gotten to the washing part, with the drum size I can finish faster, clothes get washed properly with all the different washing cycles this machine has, don't know which one to select? Well, let the AI washing cycle do it itself. There's soooo many things I love about this washer, the detergent tanks that dispense the right amount of it so you don't have to be dealing with washing your measuring cups or even trying to figure out how much detergent you need, someone's at the front door but you don't have your smartphone with you to see who's there? Answer it straight from the washer with the ring app; the automatic door opening after the cycle's over? Mind blown. You in need of a new washing machine? I'm telling you, this is the ONE.

It looks really sleek and modern, which honestly makes the laundry area feel a little more put together. It runs super quietly, even with big loads, and the capacity is awesome. I can throw in all our bedding or a ton of towels without it feeling overloaded. The control panel is easy to figure out, and it kind of learns as you go, which is pretty cool. I’ve only tried a few of the settings so far, but the steam and bubble soak ones have definitely come in handy—especially for pet hair and tougher stains. It’s one of those purchases that just feels like a smart, grown-up decision. Makes laundry feel way less annoying.

It washes extremely clean, and has an option to open the door after the cycle has completed, which is a definite plus. I love the automatic dispensers that will dispense just the right amount of soap. It is quiet as well, which is great! My only improvement would be that if I could customize loads and save those. Otherwise this machine is fantastic! The auto dispensers allow me to use a different detergent than the rest of my family, and have two separate dispenser options. There is also a manual dispenser if need be as well. I do think it's a bit weird that it can connect to youtube and spotify; I'm not sure what the need for that would be. It does an excellent job connecting to the smart things app - I also love that it will notify me when the cycle is complete. We store ours side by side rather than stacked - would definitely recommend!

I believe the Samsung Bespoke Washer WF90F53ADSA5 has saved my sanity. It looks super slick—even the kids think it’s cool—but for me, it's all about how it performs. This beast handles everything we throw at it, from the ridiculous amount of sweaty tennis outfits to the endless pile of school clothes and some “Sunday best" dresses. The drum is huge, which means I’m doing far fewer loads, and the cleaning power is legit. Stains that would normally require a pre-soak are just ... gone. Plus, it’s so quiet I can run a load late at night without worrying about waking anyone up. The smart features are a lifesaver. Being able to check the cycle status from my phone while I'm streaming is a huge win. Actually, being able to set up the cycles using my SmartThings app is so simple and easy to do! This has definitely given me bonus “Tech Dad” points! Honestly, the Samsung Bespoke Washer is built to handle the chaos of a busy family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of the new Samsung Bespoke AI washing machine is that it is beautifully crafted. Just looking at the machine, you can feel that it is a high-end appliance and really a statement piece. Setup was a breeze. My home is already setup to run on SmartThings, so connecting the washer to the internet and adding it to my account took no time at all. There is a handy compartment where you can add a hefty amount of both liquid detergent and softener, enough for many loads of laundry. An indicator on the home screen displays how much is remaining so you know when to add more (after 8 loads of laundry so far, I have yet to have to refill anything). It is amazing how much quicker loads are done compared to my last washing machine! This, in and of itself, will save my family of 5 a significant amount of time - especially as we all tend to wait until the weekend to do our laundry. Time will tell if the washing machine has serious longevity (I'm slightly concerned about everything running from a touch screen) but so far so good, and we've been very happy with the purchase! Even my kids have been excited to do their own laundry, which is certainly a win! One thing to note: There are a LOT of options and settings. I am still learning about all of the features of the washer (and dryer). It would have been helpful for Samsung to have included an actual user manual that explains the different settings, what they are, when certain cycles should be used (and why), but unfortunately the only paperwork included with the dryer was a very basic installation guide (and of course all of the safety disclaimers). I am someone who generally reads a product manual from cover to cover when I get something new. This was a miss by Samsung, in my opinion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Someone in my household mentioned it was hard to figure out how to use the new washer, until I said, - there is nothing to figure out, you can simply talk to Bixby and ask to set the cycle you want and hit start. They were blown away when they realized they could do that, I was too when I figured it out, and seriously, I don't know how it could get easier than that. You can say Bixby, set the washing cycle to whites and hit start. And that's it. Talking about whites, my white clothes got whiter that ever before after a wash, I don't know what it is but I'm guessing it's because it's truly a smart washer. And of course there is so much more in such a sleak, clean and modern design. You can browse the web, check your security system cameras, watch YouTube, control and review other smart appliances, listen and dance to your favorite Spotify Playlist while you fold your clothes. It's such a smart appliance that it determinantes how much detergent it needs and you don't even have to worry about adding it every time, that doesn't mean you can't still be in control, you can manually set it up as well, so you can spend as much or as little time as you want doing the laundry, the choose is yours. Personally, I'm proud of the choise I made with this washer.

The drum’s huge, so I do way less loads, and the SuperSpeed Wash actually gets stuff clean crazy fast. I didn’t think I’d need the app, but now I use it all the time—so much easier to pick cycles and keep track of laundry. Auto detergent dispenser is super handy, and it’s great on energy too. At first I was like “do I really need an app for a washer,” but turns out, it’s actually kinda neat having the SmartThings app. The machine weirdly starts picking up what cycles I use and recommends them for me - it’s a bit scary but also super handy. I like getting those phone notifications too because I always forget I started laundry. The detergent thing—Flex Auto Dispense?—means you just fill it up and don’t have to think about it for weeks. No more guess work or spilling all over. The app tells you how much you have left too, which is sorta nerdy but I’m into it. Does tiny loads well, does giant ones well, and looks cool too. 10/10, would recommend to anyone even thinking about a new washer.
