[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, nice product. Cool as well as a nice design. Easy access to all shelving. One negative aspect. -The door handles get really cold. Not a great situation. This indicates to me that I may be paying more in energy usage due to the cold from inside the refrigerator escaping into the handles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ice! 3 different kinds of ice. It seems efficient, and I love how many places I could put food. It has this little special drawer at the bottom, but you can put lunch meat, cheese, things like that in it and then of course It has the special shelf that goes back so you can put tall things in. It's a wonderful refrigerator, and freezer. It seems to be great being sealed tight and no condensation. I suggest this for anybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator from Samsung. It holds an adequate amount of food. I like the spacing and organization inside with the shelving and 3 drawers. It keeps the proper temperature so the food stays fresh. The lighting is great. I love the water dispenser on the side door and the ice being in the freezer. No problems with the ice maker. The freezer is a decent size. The only reason I had to take off one star is that the outside material used is very easy to dent. We have 4 adults in the home. Not sure how it it became dented but the bottom door has a small one. I just returned from vacation where another Samsung refrigerator was in the kitchen, and I noticed a few dents and scratches on the those doors as well. Other than that, the refrigerator is a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love clean lines of this fridge. The design with filtered water taking small space on the inside of the door is helping save a lot of room in the fridge session. Overall the fridge outside looks sharp and slim.

I wish installers had given us a little more information before leaving concerning the ice and the cooling of the fridge. We were not sure how to work the thermostat. I love the large capacity of the refrigerator and the convenience of the bottom freezer. I like having the water dispenser on the inside of the fridge. The shelving is very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the replace the old one. That is a problem with the freezer not cooling. The newest model I hope it is better than the old one. I need to see it in 3 years to see any wrong with the machine.

I just received it this week but the zero clearance doors are a HUGE win. The fridge is literally right up against a wall and the door still opens all the way! Very impressed with this feature as it allows me to have the biggest fridge possible for my space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the zero clearance doors, fits flush without needing large area for opening doors. Extremely roomy. Love the retractable shelf for putting tall items in. Love the divide shelf so I can take only half a shelf out if needed. So far it's great!

Tons of space with smaller external foot print compared to some of the newer models, only 2 minor complaints are 1. That the doors only open so far, so if you just open one door to get things out there is not much room due to the large storage bins in the doors. Not a biggie at all. 2. the control buttons in the fridge to control temperature ect do not seem to work at all, the only way to adjust them seems to be through the app. You can feel the little buttons behind the plastic and they do give a little when pressed so im guessing its just defective. I may have this services soon. Good warning system if temps are down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fit - we needed to replace a custom fit frig, and this counter depth French Door with zero clearance doors worked perfectly at a fraction of the cost of replacing it with another custom fit. Given previous issues with door icemakers on our refrigerators, and that they take up unnecessary space, choosing this model without the door water/icemaker has turned out great, with getting water from just inside the door and ice from the bottom icemaker being no problem. Quiet, great cooling, good lighting, plenty room for us. Four weeks in and very satisfied
