We replaced a Samsung side by side fridge that came with our house when we bought it - the manufacture date was 2008! 18 years and was still running fine, but a few glitches were starting to happen with ice maker and water dispenser. Plus, we wanted to upgrade the sphere ice. I was sold on Samsung. What appliance lasts 18 years anymore? I hope this one is just as reliable.

With no visible ice or water dispenser make it look so sleek and high end, and it fit our space perfectly with their zero clearance design. The inside water dispenser is great for keeping the outside looking modern and uncluttered. Also keeps little hands away and it seems more sanitary. It's spacious and feels very pretty well laid out. My only complaint is that the stainless finish does scratch easier than I expected, so you do have to be a little careful with it. Overall, very happy with it. Great addition to our home!! Another thing I love is the freezer handle. It moves with you and makes it so much easier to open. It's an underrated feature that I love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke, model RF70H30KERAA, is a fantastic upgrade to our kitchen. It's sleek, and fits nicely in the space, it's very nice how much closer to the wall it sits, compared to our previous refrigerator. The inside of the fridge is top notch, the water dispenser, in the left hand door is a pretty amazing feat, it takes up practically no space, and you wouldn't even know the fridge had this hidden feature. My only complaint is the little shelf is not stable enough to place a vessel on to fill, you must hold the vessel the entire time, but you can rest it upon the ledge, making the vessel easier to hold as it gets heavier during filling. The shelves are made of glass, and are very easy to clean and move, one of the shelves can even be manupliated to fold under to make room for bigger or taller items. There are 2 decently sized drawers, and a large shallow drawer which spans the size of the fridge, we have found it quite useful for yogurts, string cheese, and products of that nature. The doors of the fridge provide ample storage as well, it's crazy how much we have in them and there is still room. The fridge itself holds so much more then our previous model, while being 3 inches taller and 1 inch wider. There is a nice light up display panel on the right hand side, which displays the temperature and some controls, I appreciate it's lower placement, as it's easy for my short self to reach. The doors close very quietly, the handles are nice and easy to grab. The freezer has a handle which pulls up a bit when you open it and it just feels like you don't have to use much effort, which is nice. On the left hand of the upper part of the freezer there is an ice maker, it makes ice on a schedule which can be set using an app. The upper part of the freezer slides and there is a bigger storage area underneath, again the amount of items you can fit in here is pretty mind blowing, especially since you have an ice maker too. I am overly happy with my purchase and appreciate the thought and craftsmanship put into the fridge. My only complaint is we did get dented doors and we had to go back and forth quite a bit to get anyone to do anything, so my advice, have them unwrap it outside first thing, before they remove your old fridge and refuse it, if damaged, because, I spent a month trying to get a resolution, the delivery company was not at fault, and were completely wonderful, and even orginally reported the damage for us. I highly recommend them as well.

The doors are easy to open and close; the inside lighting is excellent, and everything works as advertised. Getting used to a smaller capacity fridge is taking a few adjustments, but this unit is very optimized for space efficiency, so we are happy with the outcome.

I love the counter depth with the same refrigerator storage capacity and only slightly less freezer storage (mainly due to the ice bin) as my previous full depth refrigerator. I like that it doesn't have the ice and water dispensers on the outside. It looks so much cleaner this way. No problems with the ice maker. It has kept up with our needs just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge for over a month now and it has already made a huge impact in our day to day! It's nice to look at, doesn't overstimulate me with the messy ice maker and water maker in the door. My toddler cannot press the water button and make messes all over the floor like before. I am obsessed with the taller water refill station! It fits all my water bottles with ZERO issue. My kitchen layout is a little different where my fridge fits between a built in and the main door to the garage. It was a tight fit. So with it being the counter depth design, with the zero clearance doors it made it so easy to open in a tight spot in our kitchen. The layout inside is spacious and easy to organize! I do wish it had two sides that could lift up for taller bottles. I love the ice machine too, it doesn't give out as much ice as I want but I think it's learning our ice usage and giving us more and more daily. The smart features are there but not in your face it's nice knowing the fridge is energy efficient and has the all around temperature control which is very cool. I do not know how it has AI Features though. There is nothing I see that is AI unless it's in the way the fridge itself works. I have an issue with my water coming out the first few weeks and it came out very fast and not a steady stream, but hoping the filter just needs more time to clear though. Overall, it feels like a solid upgrade. Love the design, and way it fits in my builder grade space. I'm excited to post more pictures soon!

The storage capacity is excellent and makes it easy to organize groceries without feeling overcrowded. The wide shelving and drawer layout are especially convenient for larger items and weekly shopping trips. Temperature consistency has also been very good. Both the refrigerator and freezer maintain stable cooling, and food stays fresh noticeably longer compared to older units we've used in the past. The overall design feels modern and practical. The internal water dispenser keeps the exterior looking clean, and the lighting and shelf arrangement make everything easy to see and access. One unexpected bonus has been the smart functionality. The refrigerator integrates nicely with Home Assistant, which makes monitoring and notifications much more convenient. It's also great that settings such as the door-open alarm can be customized instead of being locked to a factory default. Overall, this has been a great experience so far and the refrigerator feels like a premium appliance with a lot of thoughtful features and usable space.

I like the AI function of this fridge for keeping the temperature maintained and food items safe. The fridge fits well in the space, Thanks to its zero clearance. The wheels at the bottom allow us to move it for cleaning below and behind the fridge. The racks can be placed so as to make space for large items in the fridge. The smart things app also makes it easy to manage the fridge from anywhere. I have also added this fridge in my Google home app and gives me a single app to control all my smart appliances and devices. The water dispenser even being tall to allow lengthy bottles, however the base is not wide enough to make it stand, someone must hold it while filling. Also, water dispenser being inside is also an issue personally for me as I don't want to keep the fridge open while water is being filled. The automatic and intelligent ice maker is a super plus. Even though the doors are sleek but still there is no auto shut function in the door. Plus, while opening either of the two top doors it seems the other door does open slightly and same feeling of door opening comes when closing the door. The doors have to be pushed hard to close rather than the auto close .I also wish that Samsung made this fridge smudge free.
