This model seems to have solved for it! Honestly for the price this fridge is packed. I just hope the thing lasts. Samsung has a reputation and I'm hoping it's wrong.

Looks great in our kitchen, I love the sleek look with water dispenser inside rather than on the front; it's plenty spacious; nice and bright and easy to find items inside. A big improvement from our old fridge.

The freezer section has been delivering an unparalleled level of 'keeping Frozen' stuff that requires keeping frozen. The only noise I hear is when the ice falls into the ice basket. I love how easy it is to see everything in the upper portion when I open the double doors. No more bottles stuck in the back and out of sight. The ice maker in the freezer drawer is also easy to access. I've seen some models at friends' homes where that wasn't true—so I was pleasantly surprised.

The 2 things that I love the most about it is that it doesn't leave Fingerprints.\n And the cooling element\n Is smart, it know what needs to be cold and what needs to be kept colder.\nAnd it has an alarm on it.If you don't shut the door all the way to keep your food fresh . Plus i'm only five foot tall and I can reach everything in the fridge , but it looks really big on the outside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung refrigerator; my first one was around 15 yrs. old when I needed to replace it. This refrigerator got to the factory cooling temperature quickly, and the door/drawer seals are really solid. The shelving configuration in this new one is rather different from the old one where I had two shelves that could accommodate taller items. But the sturdy door shelves provide a place for these things. I also like that the door shelves in the new one overall have more room than the old ones did. So far I am very happy with my new Samsung refrigerator.
