Great TV

This is my 3rd Samsung big screen and this one is the best so far. Beautiful picture, easy remote control and, paired with a Samsung sound bar, it's the perfect television experience, especially for the price. The picture is as good, or better, than most higher priced models I've considered. Samsung is my 'go to' brand and will be forever.

excellent quality

Still getting used to features abut picture quality is perfect. Colors and contrast are excellent along with the brightness. This 65 inch Samsung replaced another 65 inch Samsung which was about seven years old and the picture would not emerge, just the sound. I have owned no other brand in the last fifteen years and well satisfied with the quality.

Amazing experience

The colors are wonderful and the brightness like I haven't had before in other tvs. The color contrast are seamlessly. This is a tv that I will enjoy for years to come. Colors tend to blend so uniformly, you think is right in real life.

Good Tv

Good TV. The only issue I have is the boot up. It gets confused to go to my Xfinity menu or Samsung TV. Audio is ok. I guess I'll have to get a sound bar. Otherwise, it's great!!

Not very responsive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was a very noticable delay when using the remote compared to my 10 year old TV. I expected that the technology would have improved by now.

Hi Piglet, We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your M70HD TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps: 1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Change the batteries. 3. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 4. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat is also available through the ‘Support’ link on our website. ~ Samsung Advisor

Love this TV

It’s the perfect size for my space and has an amazing picture, colors are so bright and vivid. As a senior I wish the remote was a little bigger it would be easier to hold and see especially if arthritis is present in my hands.

Great features. Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still reviewing tv, have not seen anything I haven’t liked yet. Don’t care for the remote but learning how to use it.

It’s a very good TV for the money

The TV is very good quality for what I paid for it. Brightness, color, contrast are very good. I had troubles with my hearing aids, The Ring, Alexa’s & trying to watch TV. I had Interference.

Hi George, We're sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your M70HD TV. If you're not hearing sound from your connected device over HDMI ARC or eARC, here are some steps that can help: 1. Confirm proper port connection. Make sure you're using the HDMI port labeled ARC or eARC on both your TV and the connected device (like a soundbar or receiver). Use a High-Speed HDMI cable with Ethernet (HEC) or Ultra High-Speed HDMI cable to ensure full functionality. 2. Enable HDMI eARC Mode. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > HDMI eARC Mode, and set it to Auto. 3. Enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). ARC and eARC require HDMI-CEC to function. Go to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) and set it to On. 4. Adjust Digital Output Audio Format. Some receivers and soundbars may not support all audio formats. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format, and set this to Auto if your audio device does not support Dolby Digital+ or other advanced formats. If your device does support higher formats, Pass-Through can be selected to send audio directly without additional processing from the TV. 5. Check TV firmware. Updates may improve compatibility and resolve sound issues. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now to install the latest version. If the issue continues, try restarting both the TV and the audio device, switching HDMI cables, or toggling Anynet+ off and back on. If you need further help, please reach out to Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat agents are also available on the ‘Support’ section of our website. ~ Samsung Advisor
