This is not like sourdough in a store, but rather like a homemade sourdough from a friend. The only gluten my body can handle is true sourdough and I have no issue with this bread. It taste delicious and it's always fresh! I can't understand how the overall rating is not five stars.

This bread doesn't raise my blood sugar levels much. I'm really sad because I haven't been able to find it at my store in Caguas, PR for a few weeks now. I hope they don't stop carrying it because I've finally found a bread that doesn't make my health worse. It's great bread!

No sourdough taste and the texture is like stale white bread.

We used to love this store brand, but, it has changed. I just tastes like homemade bread now.

Bring back the original, simple recipe please!
