Was one of the few places that offered simple ingredients and real sourdough starter. It's a shame when greed wins over quality. Been a consistent buyer but no more.

They have changed the recipe. This is not real sourdough. Sam's Club has always had the best sourdough bread. I wish they wouldn't have changed it. Please look at these reviews and change it back.

If they're going to replace it, it should at least be real sourdough; this is misleading advertising. I'm not buying this bread from Sam's anymore. It's a shame because the previous one actually had that tangy, natural ferment flavo

It's not the same they've changed it. There's so many more ingredients now, including soy a major allergen. I was disappointed for sure. I've not tried the new kind due to allergies but it looks horrible compared to their old one.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. this new version is horrible and shouldn't even be called sourdough. The taste is so bad that it can't even be described and also has a gummy texture?! Please bring back the original version!

No longer real sourdough, it's just white bread with vinegar and other ingredients to make it taste sour. No more started used and no benefits of fermentation. WTHeck Sam's Club, I loved this bread before you changed it. So sad and disappointing

Gross! This is NOT sourdough!!! They changed the recipe all of a sudden and it now has a bunch of crappy ingredients with NO sourdough starter! I'll be sure to get a refund the next time I'm in the store and will never purchase this again.

Why oh why was the recipe changed on this bread. Could not smell/ taste the sour dough. Please Sam's change back. Less calories please! No longer buying. Thanks!

Not sure why the bad reviews, maybe they've gotten bad batches but my family and i love this bread
