They changed their recipe on this sourdough. It use to be my absolute favorite. Now it's very dense and the slices are way smaller with 40 more calories per slice than before. Idk why they changed something that was so good before.

Used to be great, but new recipe is bad! Used to have amazing sourdough flavor. Simple ingredients. It was my favorite bread. Now it's just a regular white bread, no sourdough flavor. Please change back to the old version!

I dislike that this is being called sourdough bread that does not have sourdough starter in it!! I will not be buying again I think the previous rating and description because I trusted Sam's and did not look at the ingredients!!!

Sourdough starter used to be in the ingredients list, but it was replaced with yeast. There is no yeast in real sourdough bread. It tastes terrible now.

Delicious bread, BUT it is not legit sourdough. This bread has yeast in it, and those of us that are sensitive to that, we can't enjoy this anymore, like the sourdough Sam's used to sell. Very sad.

Bought this bread for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed. Didn't spike my blood sugar too bad either. Haven't been able to find it in the store again lately.

What happened??? Used to be tasty and really good. Thinking if you changed recipe it's not sour dough anymore. What don't you undertstand, just dumb.

No longer real sourdough, it's just white bread with vinegar and other ingredients to make it taste sour. No more started used and no benefits of fermentation. WTHeck Sam's Club, I loved this bread before you changed it. So sad and disappointing

Please bring back the simple recipe without “enriched flour”. I was buying all the time. Will not now that it has enriched flour that contains folic acid.

Used to be like 3 ingredients- flour, sourdough starter and salt. Now tastes NOTHING like sourdough and when I looked at the ingredients it has a LONG a list of junk. Super disappointing. Go back to the old recipe pls!! 🙏
