[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the easy load wash and then dry feature. It's easy enough for our kids to easily do their own laundry. One hassle that I don't like and think could be designed better is the lint trap gets clogged up after awhile, requiring deep cleaning.

I have had the washer combo about three months now. I bought it with the matching pedestal. The pedestal is expensive, but raises the opening to a usable height, and provides a place to store detergent, etc. I would highly recommend that. The washer does an excellent job at getting clothes clean, and they always come out completely dry (I left the default "open door at finish" setting, which probably helps). The surprising thing is that the detergent dispensing, together with not having to move the clothes to a dryer, makes the process easier than anticipated. It does take a long time, but not much of MY time. The unit also allows you to set a delay on washing, to take advantage of lower time-of-day electric rates. Oddly, it only allows you to set the end time, not the start time, and the estimated cycle time, which is often way off, influences this. Not a deal breaker, just humorous for me. I had to rebuild the cabinetry in my laundry room to suit the height of this unit, but the new cabinets are more functional anyway. Looks good, too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rent a house and the laundry room is pretty small so I love the fact that it's 2 units in 1. I love being able to throw everyone in and let it do it's thing. I take out the clean and dry clothes and hang them. I love how you set it and forget it and just go about your day. I was a sceptic of these devces but now I cannot live without one. Also it's so ways to use. I recommend these combo units to anyone who is like me and wants to make laundry as easy as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using our 2-1 Samsung Bespoke washer dryer for about two years now and it has been a seriously impressive machine. After pretty heavy use, we've had 0 issues with it so far. The water and electricity efficiency is beyond anything I'm used to with washers and dryers. I was concerned that it wouldn't be large enough for us, but the capacity is surprisingly large! The touch screen interface is super easy to navigate and the ability to connect it to the smart things app has made scheduling laundry super easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo took a little getting used to but now I don't think I'd ever like to go back to the old way of doing things. I use the AI mode and it is so easy. My clothes get really clean. Great product.

We bought this in May and already having issues. The clothes are still saturated even when you put dry cycle to, “ more dry.” You can only wash small loads! It takes 5 plus hours to wash one load, making it difficult to get many loads done in a day. It was a terrible purchase. I would return it if I could!! Not worth the money! Now I'm stuck with the bill and having to go to the laundry mat on my days off because of the lengthy time it takes to do one small load! You can forget washing towels or covers! Just completely dissatisfied and anyone that ask, I tell them the same thing, DON'T BUY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine so far. Very convenient to put a load in and forget until it's done. Compared with other combo units it drys very well which was a concern when buying. Having a combo has also freed some space by not needing a second machine. The touch interface is nice with many options for pretty much any load type plus an AI auto detect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I wanted a new washer and dryer. We did discuss what we want and both agreed on an all in one unit. Be who I am I started my research. There are some good out there. I however had a few things it needed. Low maintenance, cost efficient. Size. The only issue was me. I really should have had it installed. It's a beast. This does it all. If your one that has everything on your wireless, it has it. Even with iso systems tells you how much energy you safes and here the nice thing, you can fill tanks with all your fluids. The lent trap is easy to get to but it's really hard to clean it all. This thing has a load sensor along with the drying cycle and know how long to dry. I will tell you some folks out there stated the time it takes. As far as I can tell this is simply faster due to no touch. Simple system and consistent. I did by the Base for this and glad I did it's the perfect hight. Do your research and what this is capable of doing. I call the company for honest feedback. Gets name so they can back you up. It's worth the money especially for just 2 people. Household of just 4 I feel this would work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most important feature for me is convenience, second is space savings of one machine over two separate machines without sacrificing capacity and I enjoy seeing the amount of power used per load. So far the only downside is cleaning the seals out for lint and hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our new all in one washer dryer. The interface is easy to use, clothes come out clean and fully dry. We bought two to create a mini laundromat and it's helped our household keep up with laundry tremendously.
