I bought this product 9 days ago and it came in bad condition. One of the legs that holds the washing machine is broken and that makes it vibrate and not work properly. Their technical service simply said that I had to repair it. It is the worst purchase. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung washer dryer that performed flawlessly since I got it. I really like the interface, especially the option to change display modes. I also like the AI opti wash mode because it's suitable for most loads without having to make a bunch of manual changes. I went with this washer because it had a higher capacity than other all in one units. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Awful. Please don't buy appliances with AI in them, it's not a useful addition. We stayed at an apartment that has one of these washer/dryers, and first problems arose when it wouldn't let us choose a specific temperature for a dry cycle. Instead it said that the temperature was “sensor based,” which is ridiculous. These appliances shouldn't limit what one wants to use it for. I for one always dry my clothes on low heat since I've had a history of them shrinking. Next, we only wanted to dry for a shorter amount of time after the wash, because originally it said the dry cycle would take 4 hours, and we don't have that kind of time when a normal dry cycle should only be an hour, with the option to add more (or less) time if you so desire. So we decided to just end the cycle halfway through, but as we did so the dryer kept the door locked with a message that the machine was too hot. Even unplugging it did not unlock the door, and we spent ages with all sorts of troubleshooting techniques to try to get the thing open. Frankly it doesn't make sense to prevent opening the door because the dryer is hot; I'm confident in my ability to remove hot clothes without burning myself, firstly, and secondly, not opening the door is what caused it to take forever to cool down in the first place. If you learn anything from this, please, don't spend your money on an appliance that uses AI, asks for an app, or requires a Wi-Fi connection. It would be okay if it was easy to override the AI, because truly we should be able to decide when our clothes are done. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I love that I could put the clothes in and go to work and use my phone to press what cycle to wash and go lol! I love the fact it wash and dry and the time is incredible! The best Samsung purchase i ever made!

This making is awful! It is constantly erroring out and we can only use one cycle. We do EVERYTHING the machine tells us to do. Clean the filter, clean the washer, clean the dryer. The heat exchanger seems to always be an issue. Water where the lint holder is? We've drained it had service come out and just keep getting errors and smelly, wet clothes. Ready to get rid of it after only having it a year.
