We know when the washer is done and the dryer is complete. You can select so many different options. You definitely have to allow lots of time for the full cycle. If you have hang dry, you can do delicates only without drying. It's great! Your clothes wash and dry without having to move the laundry to another machine! And the best part, you store your detergent and fabric softener and the washer/dryer dispenses it for you! That's a huge timesaver!

I'm using the Samsung Fold 5 right now and love it, too. Thus, two months ago I bought this Washer/Dryer Combo and was very excited to have it but it did not work as I expected. Got error code the first time using it: "The washer isn't draining propertly. Clean the drain filter...". Requested a return. I'm so disappointed.

We received this unit yesterday. The installation people ran one cycle to make sure it wasn't leaking. We then ran the calibration and one load of laundry, everything seemed fine. Today, the unit will not power on. We have checked the breaker and done all of the troubleshooting, it will not turn on. Of course the first appointment for repair to come out is not until October 25 and Samsung already hauled away our old units, so we have no way to do laundry this week. We went back and forth on this unit based on the mixed reviews and regret it immediately.

I often joke that it washes, dries—and even folds—my laundry! Jokes aside, I'm genuinely impressed with how powerful and efficient this system is, especially considering it's ventless and runs on a standard 120v outlet. It handles everything with ease and even notifies me when it's time for self-cleaning or when the detergent dispenser needs a refill. The built-in AI is a standout feature—it automatically senses the load and dispenses the right amount of detergent, which has consistently left my clothes smelling clean and feeling fresh. I haven't tried other all-in-one washer-dryer units, but I can confidently say Samsung really nailed it with this one. It's simplified my routine and made laundry one less thing to stress about.

Doing my second load after being convinced by my husband it would make life easier not harder… as usual I was right. I out a blanket in a 7 am this morning and it is 10 am now . Still has 5 hours of drying time. I guess this is my life now one loud of laundry a day. Stupidest decision I've ever let him make.

I decided it is time for me to have dryer as well, because of small space I have decided to go with 2 in 1. No regrets so far. I even can control it from my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very convenient not to move the washed laundry to the dryer. Also, it opens the door itself when it's done. It takes half amount of area compared to the washer and dryer purchase separately. However, it takes little long time for the big laundry such as bed sheets. To completely dry it out, it takes over 3 hours and the price was pretty expensive, too. Overall I'm satisfied.

Bought my Washer/Dryer about 3 weeks ago and it has been a real game changer! Everything about is extremely practical, size, convenience and the ease of use. Phone application is user friendly and alerts help you keep in check for when everything is ready and even monitoring the levels of your detergent and softener.

The design of this washing machine is incompatible with using a drain pan. If you want to use a drain pan or, in my case, required by the plumbing code to have a drain pan under the washing machine, the detergent drawer will be physically blocked from fully opening. You will not be able to put detergent or softener into the washing machine. I was not aware that a drain pan was required until the installers came and would not install it until I had a drain pan in place. Getting a larger drain pan is out of the question. The largest one I found was 31” x 36”, which would allow the machine to sit in it, but not allow the detergent drawer to open. Also, couldn't find a drain pan of that size that would have a lower profile. I understand that there is a pedestal that can be purchased to raise the machine, which also doubles as a drawer for supplies. With a drain pan, it would just be an expensive stand since the drain pan would keep the drawer from opening. I'm at a loss for how to proceed at this point. I may have to jerry-rig something or figure out a way of lifting the entire washing machine every time I need to fill the detergent or softener bin. Can't comment on any of the other features of the machine as I'll need to figure this issue out before I can use it.
