[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is awesome I bought it not knowing what I was getting into but the fact that you have a washer dryer one is very economical and very space saving The washing works perfectly the trying works perfectly it has a whole bunch of different cycles that you can go through and use you can add more dry you can add more detergent more rinse it's definitely user-friendly It's not loud at all It takes about the same time as a washer and dryer separately and it does the job of both in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer combo over all is amazing. Love the connectivity with the smart things app. Never miss a finished cycle. Also never have to worry about forgetting clothes in the washer. Only down side is. If power goes out. And you use the ai mode for a good clean. It has to relearn and goes from a 2 hour and 20 minute completion time to a 6-7 hour completion time. But besides that we love it. The relearn is the only reason I took a star off.

The washing and drying without having to transfer clothes from one machine to another is convenient. The Bespoke's ability to know how long to wash and dry on it's own is great. Samsung's UI is easy to navigate. The drum is also quite spacious. Saving space by using only one unit is also a valuable selling point.

I do wish we went with the vented unit due to the dry time. We love this unit. No changing in between cycles, life saving. I haven’t had to rewatch a load in over two years and it’s been great. Realistically, a full load on the normal cycles, start to finish is about 5 hours.

I didn’t expect to like an all‑in‑one washer/dryer, but this one has been smooth so far. The AI cycles actually do a good job choosing settings, and the machine runs quieter than I expected.Drying takes a bit longer since it’s ventless, but the clothes come out fully dry and not overheated. The touchscreen is clean and easy to use, and the machine looks great in my laundry area.I took off one star because the initial setup felt a little confusing, and the app connection took a couple tries. But once it was running, it’s been solid. Overall, a sleek machine with smart features that actually feel useful.

The app conviently reports on the status of all washing and drying cycles and time remaining. By far, it is a remarkable combo washer and dryer.
