[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with the design — especially if you have pets or a lot of hair I really wanted to like my Samsung Bespoke All-in-One Washer/Dryer, but after using it for a while, I have to say that I am not a fan of the design. We are a 2-person, 3-cat household, and this machine simply struggles to keep up with the amount of hair and fur. I would expect some extra cleaning with pets, but the amount of maintenance this machine requires is excessive. I average about 2 loads a day, and I do not overload the machine. In fact, I tend to wash smaller loads. I also clean the lint trap after every single use. Despite that, the lint area continually builds up with thick, damp lint and fur. About every six months, we have to actually take the top of the machine off to remove the buildup that has accumulated inside. On top of that, I spend approximately an hour every week cleaning the machine itself — the rubber door gasket, soap trays, drain, lint trap, and surrounding areas. And this is on top of cleaning the lint trap after every load. The biggest problem, in my opinion, is the design of the lint and drainage system. A washer/dryer should be able to handle normal household use without requiring this much disassembly and maintenance. If you have pets or anyone in your household with long hair, I would seriously consider how this machine is designed to deal with it before purchasing. The machine itself does what it's supposed to do, but the amount of cleaning and maintenance required has made owning it frustrating. For a 2-person household, doing approximately two loads a day, I shouldn't feel like I'm constantly cleaning the washing machine instead of using it. Unfortunately, I would not purchase this unit again, primarily because of the design and the excessive maintenance required to keep it clean and functioning properly.

The drying is quick and easy, and the AI knows exactly when there's no moisture left. There's not much vibration coming from the machine, so its quiet as it works. I don't get wrinkles at all, its a perfect wash, and I always get the perfect amount of cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this machine! It has a huge capacity and always does a great job of drying, once you learn how to use it properly and set the right expectations. I only wish I had one of these in more rooms of my house of three laundry rooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the very specific cycles and options. It has a good senser to dry thoroughly. I haven't had any problem with moisture left in the machine. Vibration is minimal and wrinkles are taken care of by specific cycles and settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love new tech and there’s a lot to love about our Bespoke ventless washer/dryer combo. It’s super quiet. Once learned, the interface and SmartThings app are easy to use and customize. They remember my favorite cycles! I was shocked and concerned that a load could take 4-6 hours. It turns out that 4 hours to wash and dry is a comfortable pace for me. I start a load in the morning or before bedtime. Then my laundry is ready for me in the morning or after work. On the weekends, I start a load and then go on to other things — cleaning house, running errands, going to brunch or a movie, relax, soak in the tub, whatever I want to do. When I come home, I fold and put away. No more moving wet clothes sitting and becoming smelly or moving them to the dryer. With the large reservoir, there’s no more adding detergent or softener to each load. Our clothes are washed and dried and smell great every time! Our laundry is on autopilot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was missing out on so much. the fact you can add a gallon of detergent and softener, and it self dispenser. it's ventless, so less to hook up. and I press 1 button, come back and my clothes are clean, no waiting for the washer to finish to throw t he clothes in the dryer. fantastic product. very quiet too which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo delivers seamless "set it and forget it" laundry. It eliminates the wet-to-dry clothes transfer entirely, running on a standard 120V outlet with no exterior ducting needed. The generous 5.3 cu. ft. drum easily handles bulky bedding, while the bulk auto-dispense system and intuitive 7-inch LCD make operation effortless. AI OptiWash and Dry finishes everyday loads in under two hours. Just remember that heat-pump drying requires diligent lint filter cleaning and leaves clothes feeling warm rather than piping hot. Overall, it is a game-changer for reclaiming space and saving daily effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo delivers strong drying, low moisture left behind, almost no vibration, and noticeably fewer wrinkles - exactly the kind of practical, real-world performance you care about. The WD53DBA900HBA1 dries impressively well for a ventless heat-pump combo. Everyday loads come out fully dry without needing extra cycles, and users consistently report "perfect really dry" results. The lower-temperature heat-pump system is gentler on fabrics but may take longer on heavy loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo delivers strong cleaning performance, excellent moisture control, and impressively low vibration, though drying times and wrinkle management depend heavily on the cycle you choose.
