[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been the best investment when it come to doing laundry and not having to worry about laundry staying in the wash. It also is a great energy saver and washes and dryers clothes perfectly. Also, it has so many features so you can keep up with the upkeep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features. Liked the space saving the combo gives you. Liked that I could remove old 240V supply and free up space in breaker box to have Tesla battery installed without having to upgrade electrical service.Bespoke Combo has lots of features and performs very well. Does need a lot of more routine maintenance than I am used to. Once I learned what is needed the unit has been much more trouble free and efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up this all in one combo a little over a year ago and I am thoroughly impressed. I've managed to fit a king sized comforter in it(a little tight) and several big loads of clothes. The fact that I don't have to switch it to the dryer is an awesome feature since I tend to forget about it in the wash. The cycles do take a while, but that's a trade off for the convenience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this washer/dryer combo for a while now and the biggest thing I love is being able to put a load in and completely forget about it until it's washed and dried. Not having to come back and transfer wet clothes to a separate dryer is honestly more convenient than I expected. The capacity is really good and I've been able to wash fairly large loads without any issues. Clothes come out clean and dry, and the machine is surprisingly quiet while running. The touchscreen is also very easy to use and gives the whole machine a really modern feel. I also like that it automatically adjusts the settings depending on the load instead of me having to figure everything out every time. The only downside I've noticed is that larger loads, towels, or heavier items can take longer to completely dry than they would in a traditional separate dryer. You also have to make sure you clean the lint filter regularly. Neither has been a major issue for me, but it's something to know going into a ventless machine. Overall, I'm very happy with it. The convenience of washing and drying everything in one machine has made laundry much easier, it saves a lot of space, and I love being able to start a load and not worry about switching it over later. I would definitely recommend it, especially if convenience and space saving are important to you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been extremely impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo (HZA1). The biggest advantage is the convenience—being able to put a load in and come back later to clean, dry clothes without ever transferring them is a game changer. It's perfect for busy schedules. The machine is surprisingly quiet, the AI features do a great job of adjusting the cycle automatically, and the clothes come out clean and evenly dried. I also appreciate how energy efficient the heat pump drying system is, and not having to install a dryer vent made installation much easier. The built-in detergent dispenser and SmartThings integration are nice quality-of-life features that make laundry feel almost effortless. If you're replacing a traditional washer and dryer, there is a slight adjustment since drying cycles can take longer than a conventional vented dryer, but the convenience of never having to move laundry between machines more than makes up for it. Overall, this has been one of the best appliance upgrades I've made. If you're looking to save space, reduce energy use, and simplify laundry day, I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with this Samsung dryer. It dries clothes quickly and evenly, even with large loads, and it's much quieter than my previous dryer. The different drying cycles are easy to use and do a great job protecting delicate fabrics while still handling heavy towels and bedding. The lint filter is simple to clean, and the overall build quality feels solid. It's efficient, reliable, and has made laundry much more convenient. I would definitely recommend this Samsung dryer to anyone looking for a dependable, high-performing appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The newer combo is much better then the 1st combo, which I purchased & after a year gave to my daughter & got the new combo. The filter system is much improved. The AI system helps a bunch. I live being able to run it from my phone & it connect to my smart home. The only reasons I give it 4 stars: the drawer that is stupid expensive, will not hold a normal size bottle of detergent or fabric softener so it is a catch all & the small filter behind the detergent dispenser is messy to clean & drain causing a lot of mess in the drawer below if a bowel is not pot in it to prevent the drawer from getting soaked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Heat Pump Laundry Combo is an exceptionally convenient, space-saving appliance that successfully eliminates the need to manual-transfer heavy, wet clothes. However, it requires a mindset shift regarding laundry cycle times and routine maintenance. Great cycles selection, the capacity are the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washing machine overall was a great purchase. Our only complaint that is preventing us from rating it 5Stars is the software issues and long drying times. This washer/dryer combo is not for anyone who is not tech familiar. The interface is not very user friendly and can be confusing at times. The software updates and self cleaning take very long but if you schedule them during the overnight while sleeping you'll barely notice. If you set it to wash and dry in one setting the AI usually over compensates resulting in a much longer wash/dry cycle. If you do a standard wash and a timed dry, we have found the loads do not take as long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all-in-one has completely changed how I do laundry. The capacity is impressive — I can fit a full comforter or a week's worth of clothes in one load without overpacking. I've run through most of the cycles now, from quick wash to heavy duty, and each one delivers consistent, thorough results. The drying performance is where it really shines: clothes come out fully dry and ready to wear, no need for a second cycle or a separate dryer run. Moisture sensing seems spot on too — nothing comes out damp, but nothing's over-dried or shrunk either. As for vibration, even on spin cycles it stays remarkably quiet and stable, no walking or rattling on the floor. Highly recommend if you're tight on space but don't want to compromise on performance.
