[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a 5on of settings but is very user friendly. I love how many different cycles there are. This easily cuts my laundry time in half. It is so unbelievably quiet too! Even on the high spins! It washed and drys so well! I love how you can preload the soap and not have to worry about it at all! The lint filter id beautifully designed and it is almost completely no touch! It uses just 6h3 right amount of water when washing. I love how I can see my energy and water usage. The more I use it the better it's going to get once the ai function learns my habits. Simply put 10/10 definitely recommend. And saving space by only having one machine is the cherry on top!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cycles are simple and actually accurate. The vibration is a bit much, but still far better than pur last unit. When clothes are drying I am worried about moisture retention and therefore wrinkles, but so far so great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely happy with this all-in-one washer dryer! It's convenient, easy to use, and saves so much space compared with having separate machines. The washing cycles do a great job, and the dryer is surprisingly effective. The Smart Things App improves our laundry monitoring. We especially love being able to put a load in and have everything washed and dried thoroughly without having to transfer clothes between machines. It runs quietly, has plenty of useful settings, and has made laundry day so much easier. Definitely a great addition to the home and well worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this combo .it dries very well, minimum vibration. It opens right after is done to avoid moisture from wetting the clothes again.easy to clean filter.the automatic detergent and softener dispenser is great, it saves tons and you don't have to eyeball and pour on every wash. It has tons of cycles to choose from, but yes, most are lengthy. I don't mind much, I do it at night, save energy and the clothes are good in the morning, you can use the no wrinkle option and you are set. It was a locking option, for people with toddlers like myself. Im one of those who forget to move the clothes to the dryer after its done, and end up with smelly clothes, not with this machine .i really like it and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest thing I love the washer for the most part it's capacity is great. I wish there were more settings within the drying cycles. And I feel there needs to be more availability of the spin cycle when relating to moisture. As far as vibration it has been for the most part quieter than my last LG from 2018. Can be a great washer if you can get used to what I stated and if you're taller you'll definitely going to need a pedestal when I purchase this unit the pedestal wasn't available, I have back in injuries from the military and find it very difficult to get to the back of the washer to retrieve laundry. Additionally for the perspective buyer you must buy a portable Shop-Vac to help maintain this unit thank me later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fantastic. With both of us always working not having time to do it just put in the load at night and wake up to clean dry clothes without having to stay up to switch the laundry. Does take a little more time but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the **Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo**! It's convenient, easy to use, and I love being able to wash and dry my clothes without transferring them between machines. The ventless design is a huge plus, and the smart features make laundry so much easier. It looks sleek, works great, and saves space. Definitely a great upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say, Samsung hit it out of the park with this one. Everything down to cleaning the inside of the machine is easy. I use AI mode constantly and all my clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean. I have a 6 person household and this keeps up. I can fit an entire basket or an oversized king comforter in with no issues at all, and room to spare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo has been a total game-changer for our laundry routine. First off, never having to transfer wet clothes to a separate dryer is absolute magic—you just load it up, set it, and forget it until everything is clean and dry. What Stands Out: • Massive Capacity & Ultra-Quiet: The drum size is huge, easily handling large loads, thick bedding, and heavy blankets without a hitch. Best of all, it stays remarkably quiet throughout the entire process—even during high-speed spin and drying cycles, with zero loud noises. • Smart AI & Seamless Operation: Setup and daily operation are simple and intuitive. It offers an impressive variety of custom cycle options, but if you're ever unsure which settings to choose, you can just let the AI Opti Wash & Dry take over. It senses the load and automatically selects the most appropriate cycle. • Auto-Dispense: The automatic detergent dispenser is a subtle convenience that you quickly realize you can't live without. Fill it up, and it handles the exact dosage every time. • Flawless Drying: Unlike older combo units that often leave clothes feeling warm yet slightly damp, this machine dries every single load flawlessly. Clothes come out completely dry, every single time. The Minor Drawback: The only reason this isn't a full 5-star review is that a specific system error pops up from time to time. However, it's far from a dealbreaker—the machine displays clear, step-by-step instructions right on the front screen showing you exactly how to resolve it in seconds. Overall, it's a stellar, convenient machine that simplifies laundry day immensely. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine is great and uses less space. Able to move around in room and very quiet. Had to learn all features but now able to work it as i need it. Wish drying cycle was more effective. Leaves more moisture which makes do another drying cycle. Jeans and pants are very wrinkled which I do not like. Vibration is minimal during spinning.
