This is such a difficult machine to use. I have to go to the laundry mat to wash clothes because I can not get this washer to start. There is no manual explaining anything. I have had several issues with it since it was purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to put on in the first level because it was getting too difficult to go down to the basement. We had to find a place to put this unit and decided to put it in the kitchen since the plumbing was easier. Ideally we probably would have preferred to put it in the bathroom but it would have been too costly to do because the bathroom is in an addition. I will say that I was not prepared at how large the unit is and how much room it takes in the kitchen. With that said, we have enjoyed having it. It is quieter than our dishwasher. I would probably prefer that there be a laundry detergent dispenser on the top than on the bottom. Getting a stand would help but then the unit would be too big for our use. Though it can take some time, usually about 2 and a half hours for the whole thing to get done, the clothes come out dry, which was our concern. We just have to schedule things better. Also, we used to use dryer sheets and if we want to do that now, we have to remember to pause the dry cycle and then add one in there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of I’d like to start with the delivery process, I was notified that the appliance was ready for delivery and a date had to be selected. My appliance was delivered in the date scheduled and at an early time which was perfect. The delivery men said it was a heavy machine but still took their time and installed it in my basement without any issues. All three delivery guys were profesional. Took them less than ten minutes to do the installation and the appliance was ready to use. The smart things app was easy to download and gives me ease of use while using the machine. I was able to view the washing and drying cycle while being out of the house. The capacity of the appliance is great, I’m able to put large comforters without any problems. It’s definitely not a small machine. The inside of the appliance is like other machines, but large. The display says it takes about two hours to wash and dry clothes all together. I put everything in the washer pressed the AI option of wash and dry and left. When I returned home everything was washed and dried. For the auto dispenser you just have to make sure you add detergent and fabric softener and you’re good to go. The auto dispenser holds enough detergent for a few loads. Lastly I’d like to say I am highly satisfied with my choice. I’ve only had the appliance for about a week now but so far all good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 month ago, delivery was fast, installation simple. Doing laundry during night its really simple now without worrying about having to move the wet clothes, also taking advantage of the cheap electric rates.

We received this unit yesterday. The installation people ran one cycle to make sure it wasn't leaking. We then ran the calibration and one load of laundry, everything seemed fine. Today, the unit will not power on. We have checked the breaker and done all of the troubleshooting, it will not turn on. Of course the first appointment for repair to come out is not until October 25 and Samsung already hauled away our old units, so we have no way to do laundry this week. We went back and forth on this unit based on the mixed reviews and regret it immediately.

Great that once the wash is completed it rolls to dryer. And having it connected to Samsung Smartthings is great since it will pop up the alert on my phone and tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased July 1, still haven’t figured it out. The time to both wash and dry is generally 3 hours. I don’t need the weather on my washer. It takes forever to feel my touch on the power button. Too heavy for me to move or even scoot back.

The most piece of Butt machine ive ever used. Id rather drive to the the furthest laundromat in my town and sit there all day for the rest of my life than use that worthless machine again. Ive been trying to get one load done since yesterday and all im getting is a half dry wrinkled result. On top of that it takes a century and no one else in my house can get started on washing or wrinkle releasing their clothes if needed. So, you'd have to buy two to make any progress on laundry day. And why on earth is there a feature to connect your music and tv to it? It takes two seconds to throw your laundry in and you'd be out of your mind to think im taking my time to conncet my phone and sit next the machine for entertainment. Im headed straight for the couch. I cant think of one reason why anyone with a head would need to use that feature, it just makes the people who made this machine look more dumb than they would without it there at all. And why is it a screen and not normal buttons, im looking at screens all day the last place i need one is on my effing laundry machine. I dont need the smart features, I NEED A MACHINE THAT WILL DO MY LAUNDRY WITHOUT DRIVING A NAIL THROUGH MY HEAD FIRST. Just because something is high tech doesn't make it better. And just because you can add a feature, doesn't mean you should. Waste of my money and time spent trying to get laundry done. Also why is my laundry coming out more wrinkly than when I put it in? It looks like i didn't even start the machine at all and then i have to sit back and ask myself if im going psycho or not. Spend less time on the tech crap and more time on making a decent buy. Im on my way to a donation center to get a better deal than I did here.

It even connects with my other Samsung appliances like a little smart community. Washes my clothes way more thoroughly than my dilapidated apartment thin twin. The smart wash option is what I use every time, it know what to do. Also having a large reservoir for softener and detergent is fantastic.
